Overall Structure Characteristic: As you can find from attached photos, Wuxi JACK LHT series H Beam Submerged Arc Welding Machine has its main frame in the form of T shape, hence the product name gets from.
1) Where Used: The LHT series T frame model is the counterpart of LHC H Beam SAW Machine, in producing large size welding H Beam in semi automatic line, and also can be worked as an individual equipment:

2) Also, customer can use LHA5C and LHZ55Z model machine for welding large size H Beam. But, as introduced earlier, for same size of H Beam produced, LHA series machine has wider machine frame compared with LHT series model.
Mechanical frame is core and foundation for making sure normal operation of H Beam Welding Machine. It plays the same role as gantry frame in the LHA (LHAZ and LHAC) series machine, the T frame machine body has functions of:

a) This includes: Electric control board, two sets of SAW welding flux recovery unit (around 70 ~ 80 kgs each set at average, depending how much welding flux loaded);
b) Two sets of welding unit, covering motor drive moving carriage, welding torch, SAW welding wire feeder, welding arc tracing unit;
c) Transmission unit and accessories;
d) Altogether, only the two sets of welding power source are put on the floor. The remaining units of the machine are all fit onto the machine T frame;
2) Drive the welding torches in adjusting welding speed, to finish SAW process of the H Beam SAW Machine;
Requirement: For these purposes, the T frame should be strong and sturdy, with sufficient strength and firmness, (likewise, gantry frame for the gantry style LHA series I Beam Gantry Welding Machine, and column beam trolley frame for the column style LHC model machine), in the rough working environment of SAW welding: Lots of heat and fume as well as dust generated at working site.
For this purpose,
1) Advanced Process Technology of Wuxi JACK Machine: Rigidity and strength of the machine T frame are all calculated and simulated carefully in the early stage of design, advanced and reasonable. Main members of the main T Frame are distressed after welding, featuring in safe and reliable running with long term service life;
2) Double Drive for Welding: Same as column type LHC series H Beam Welding Machine, movement of T frame in LHT model machine is double drive (LHA models also). - - Both sides of the T frame are driven with two sets of A.C. motor and reducer, with speed controlled with A.C. inverter (This is also true with the LHA models machine);
3) Safety Measure: At the lateral side of rails, there are stop wheel units, ensuring on smooth and safe running of T frame (This is also true with LHA models H Beam Welding Machine) in the LHT model;
4) Electric control board of the LHT model machine is put at bottom of the T frame on its chassis. This kind of arrangement not only has merit of short and easy cable routing, but also can be served as counter weight for guaranteeing on steady T frame movement.
