1) H Beam Straightening Machine is the third set of core H Beam Production Machine in the process route of welding H Beam production, also the last set;
2) The other two types of critical H Beam Production Machine preceding the H Beam Straightening Machine are H Beam Assembly Machine and H Beam Submerged Arc Welding Machine;
3) I Beam Straightening Machine (Here I Beam has the same meaning as H Beam) is used for straightening H Beam flange deformation after H Beam Submerged Arc Welding Machine.
a) Vertical orientation (This refers to Flange of H Beam is in the position of “Standing”, please check below sketch) H Beam Straightening Machine;
b) Horizontal orientation (This refers to Flange of H Beam is in the position of “Lying Down”, please check below sketch) I Beam Straightening Machine;
2) And in most majority conditions when referring to Automatic H Beam Straightening Machine, it is the first type of vertical orientation, over 90% application.
For Vertical type H Beam Flange Straightening Machine, depending on its driving mode on straightening process, the H Beam Straightening Machine falls into two sub groups of:
1) Mechanical (HYJ series) I Beam Straightening Machine:
Such mode of H Beam Flange Straightening Machine is for straightening flange thickness up to 40mm (For Chinese carbon steel grade of Q235, tensile strength 370~510MPa);
2) Hydraulic (YTJ series) H Beam Straightening Machine:
Such mode of H Beam Flange Straightening Machine is for straightening flange thickness up to 40~ 80mm (For Chinese carbon steel grade of Q345, tensile strength 510~600MPa).
1) For Horizontal type (WJ series) I Beam Straightening Machine, the max. flange thickness that can be straightened is 40mm (For Chinese carbon steel grade of Q235, tensile strength 370~510MPa). And as mentioned previously, this type of high speed H Beam Straightening Machine is very rarely used;
2) There is another kind of Lengthways H Beam Straightening Machine (HJ series), which is for straightening H Beam deformation along its lengthwise direction after H Beam Submerged Arc Welding Machine.
