2) During work, the top gantry exerts downward pressure force onto T Beam and H Beam, keeping the workpiece in steady position;
3) The central working area of the H Beam Assembly Machine is at base bed of the mechanical main frame.
This includes hydraulic drive manipulators at input conveyor, and precise assembling group at central working area.

1) MANUAL: This is for starting on the H Beam Assembly Machine during daily work, troubleshooting when problem happens, and commissioning at initiation of the machine operation;
2) Single Cycle: You may understand that, the intermittent tack welding performed in H Beam Assembly Machine is in the way of one segment of welding seam, followed by one segment of no welding, then followed by another segment of welding seam... in such circulation. Correspondingly, during running of the H Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine, finishing one segment of welding seam together with its adjacent no welding is called Single Cycle;
3) AUTO: The continuous performing of Single Cycle is called AUTO (Short for Automatic). This should be the normal working mode of H Beam Assembly Machine (T Beam Assembly Machine) at customer site.
1) As a kind of fully automatic H Beam Production Machine, all the working actions of H Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine are manipulated by means of its operation pendant: (The 1st Photo: English Version and the 2nd Photo: Russian Version), including but not limited to: Power On/ Off; Oil Pump Station Start/ Close; CO2 Welding Velocity Selection and Display; Working Mode Section, etc.;
2) During operation of the H Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine, there are 8 choices of welding speed to choose from, in the manner of selecting the 8 optional output frequency section of the A.C. inverter;
3) The real time CO2 tack welding speed is displayed in operation panel of the H Beam Assembly Machine (T Beam Assembly Machine) (The 1st and 2nd Photo);
4) Position of the 2 sets of 45° welding torch can be adjusted by means of handwheel, together with oil cylinder drive slant sliding guided along precise linear rail (The 3rd Photo);
5) Under both working modes of Single Cycle and AUTO, the length of welding seam and no-welding segment can be set up in inverter and PLC, also. This is very useful function for customers to determine their preferred finished workpiece (T Beam/ H Beam, the 4th Photo) produced from the H Beam Assembly Machine (T Beam Assembly Machine).
