The lefthand scrolling photos: Assemblies and components of Wuxi JACK I H Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine
To accomplish on sophisticated task of T Beam H Beam assembly and CO2 tack welding, one set of the I H Beam Assembly Machine contain below function units of:
1) This includes: Mechanical base bed and U shape top gantry. The 2 assemblies are packed separately for transportation, and assembled into an integral body at running site;
2) During work, a piece of oil cylinder drive long rod, which is assembled in the U shape top gantry in vertical position, goes downward and exerts heavy downward pressure force onto T Beam and H Beam, firmly and precisely holding workpieces steadily;
3) Central function unit, which complete final precise assembly on T Beam and H Beam, is assembled here onto base bed of mechanical main frame.
1) Control Mode:
There are two main types of
a) Semi-Automatic: T Beam H Beam assembly is implemented with manual operation, it is rarely selected nowadays by year 2026;
b) Automatic: T Beam H Beam precise assembly is managed with PLC controller;
2) CO2 Welding Mode:
a) Automatic Welding: Performed with 2 sets of CO2 GMAW welding power supply and its control consoles;
b) Manual Welding: Performed by 2 welders who stand at both sides of machine output roller tables, it is also rarely selected nowadays by year 2026;
1) Financial Analysis: In this respect, although with 20% higher machine quotation, automatic mode saves 2 operators (Variable cost) than manual mode models;
2) Welding Quality: Besides, automatic stitch welding delivers far more stable and consistent welding seams on assembled T I H Beams than manual operation.
1) H Beam SAW Welding Machine, models: LHA and LHT in semi-automatic line, and LHC in fully automatic line;
2) H Beam Flange Straightening Machine, including:
a) Motor drive medium duty type, HYJ40 and HYJ800 models, for H Beam flange thickness up to 40mm, Q235 carbon steel;
b) Hydraulic drive heavy duty type, YTJ50/ YTJ60/ YTJ80/ YTJ100 models, for H Beam flange thickness up to 100mm, Q345 carbon steel;
c) H Beam Longitudinal Straightening Machine, (BOX Beam H Beam Horizontal Press Straightening Machine), HJ models, including HJ20/ HJ100/ HJ200/ HJ300;
1) 1st Operation: CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine, to cut out flanges and web for T Beam H Beam fabrication;
2) EOL (End of Line) Machine: H Beam End Face Milling Machine;
3) Automatic Labor Saving Logistics Unit: Steel Structure H Beam Overturning Equipment, Steel Conveyor;
3. Related Equipment: The start-of-art 3 in 1 H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integral Machine (H Beam Fabrication Machine), one set of machine produces small and medium sized welding H Beam;
4. T Beam Production: Besides, I H Beam Assembly Machine can also be applied in T Beam Production Line, serving as set of T Beam Assembly Machine.
