A.      The Purpose and Main Equipment of Pipe Assembly and Welding Machine:

i.           Pipe Assembly and Welding Machine refers to a group of equipment for Pipe Flange/ pipe Elbow fabrication;

ii.           In the sequence of process technology, the corresponding equipment involved in Pipe Flange Fabrication Machine and Pipe Elbow Fabrication Machine include:

1.       Pipe Beveling Machine, for pipe edge milling purpose. Including two types of medium duty and heavy duty. It is counterpart of Edge Milling Machine in the realm of pipe welding;

2.       Pipe Flange Assembly Machine, which equals to Pipe Flange Tack Welding Machine, for performing pipe and flange assembled together, and with tack welded at the same time;

3.       Pipe Elbow Assembly Machine, the other name is Pipe Elbow Tack Welding Machine, for completing pipe and elbow assembly as well as tack welding;

4.       Circumferential Seam Pipe Welding Machine, including two kinds of Pipe Welding Machine:

1)      For pipe and elbow fabrication, utilizing SAW (Submerged arc welding);

2)      Pipe and flange fabrication, utilizing GMAW (Gas shielded CO₂ welding).

B.       Technical Features of Pipe Assembly and Welding Machine:

1.       This group of equipment utilizes series of ingenious designed fixtures for fitting pipe, and assisting for fitting up of pipe with flanges/ elbows;
