1. The Applicable Workpiece of PR model Welding Pipe Rotator:

2. The Structure of PR model Welding Pipe Rotator:

Please check the right hand design sketch on structure of the Welding Pipe Rotator. PR model Welding Pipe Rotator is combination of Welding Rotator and Rotary Welding Positioner which has three degrees of freedom:
1) On the standing machine table and welding roller bed, there are 2 pairs of welding turning roll, which support working parts and drive it into revolve. This is welding speed of the Welding Pipe Rotator, which is adjustable with variable frequency drive;

2) During working of the Welding Pipe Rotator, to hold the workpiece firmly and prevent it from skidding, there is a pair of overhead welding turning roll, which moves downward based on diameter of the workpieces. This is motor drive also;
3) Besides, the entire set of PR model Welding Pipe Rotator can swing in the range of -45°~ +45° under motor drive. This is the reason we classify this product into the family of Rotary Welding Positioner. In certain respect, it has something in common with HGK Down Pressure type Welding Rotator by Leadscrew.

1. Applicable Workpiece of Splitting type Double Vertical Rotary Welding Table Welding Positioner:

The working parts to be welded to this type of Rotary Welding Positioner has long length, and regular distributed welding seam. So, only revolve of Rotary Welding Table can finish fabrication of the workpiece.

2. Structure of Splitting type Double Vertical Rotary Welding Table Welding Positioner:

1) This Special Made Welding Positioner can be viewed as a set of fixed height Head and Tail Welding Positioner, composed of two sets of Single Axis Electric Variable Speed Welding Positioner;

2) The difference between this special made Welding Positioner with fixed height Head and Tail Welding Positioner lie at:

a) There are no ground fitting rails connecting the two sets of single axis Welding Positioner. Just move any one of the two sets, or both sets when necessary;
