1) At Texas American customer facility, operator works on workpiece (Φ3000mm large pipe) of Wuxi JACK CNC-CP7-3000/9 large machine: (Fig.6)
2) Ladder: There is an aerial passage of 4m height, installed alongside the entire length zone of this set of large machine. For accessing on top of large pipe which has 3.5m height, operator use ladder for climbing;
3) Operator works at aerial operating station of this large CNC Steel Pipe Cutting Machine: (Fig.7)
Shown in the above photo, CNC control station and operating panel, are installed on this aerial passage, so that operator can operate work of the machine in the air, 4m high;
4) The advantages of such arrangement lie in: Safe, convenient, and the best angle of view. Operator can monitor the entire operating process without any hinderance, during running period of the large machine;

5) Shown in the above integrated photo, there is an aerial extended walkway of short distance, for operators climbing onto the large diameter workpiece pipe, so that operators can check and deal with cutting job implemented in the large CNC machine;

There is a professional workpiece library built in at the industrial computer of the CNC machine. Its operation is intuitive and real time control:
a) Key-in the library data for workpieces of CNC Steel Pipe Intersection Cutting Machine：
i. Select the corresponding workpiece thru the library;
ii. Input parameters of the pipe: Length, diameter, wall thickness, type and angle of intersection;
iii. Press ENTER soft function key, cutting program is created automatically；
b) Position of Pre-cut at the Initiation of CNC Steel Pipe Cutting Machine Work：
i. The machine electric control system adds on lead-in automatically;
ii. Then pierce a hole at the scrap of pipe automatically, guaranteeing smooth and non-slur surface of curved pipe；
c) Turning of Angle in CNC Steel Pipe Intersection Cutting Machine：
i. For 0° of turning angle, the pipe will be cut right above；
ii. When turning angle is 180°, the pipe will be revolved 180° automatically for cutting；
7) Precondition on Pipes Specifications of CNC Steel Pipe Cutting Machine:
To fully guarantee on high quality finished cut pipes, raw material pipes should meet the precision demand of:
a) Roundness of pipe: Ovality of cross section of pipe should not exceed 0.5% that of pipe diameter;
b) Welding reinforcement on longitudinal seam of pipe: If this welding reinforcement is protruding enough to affect smooth revolve of pipe during machine work, it needs to be grounded off;
