As a technology based company, Wuxi JACK concentrates on exploring technical knowhow in our product, to get the best performance of our machines, machineries, equipment. Every component/ assembly of I H-beam Welding Machine, including:
1) Mechanical main frame, of T frame open structure, or gantry enclosed frame, or column trolley open structure;
2) Drive and transmission: Motor and reducers, chains, sprockets;
3) Mechanical and pneumatic mixed type welding arc tracker units, managing on proper position of welding torch;
4) Outsourced and self-produced welding unit: SAW welding machines, SAW welding flux conveying and reuse machines, welding torch drive and control mechanism, welding wire feeding unit;
5) Electric control board and operation panel of the entire machine
1) Operation Way and Site: LHC is usually 4 sets in a row, being installed at SAW welding zone of fully automatic H Beam Production Line. In this way, one piece of H Beam goes through the 4 sets of LHC, and with help from hydraulic drive 90° Overturning Machine, finished SAW welding on all of its 4 pieces of seam welding on H Beam. The entire process is implemented in automatic, operator just need to manage on operating panel of LHC, as shown in the left photo;
2) One Model Fitting for All: Same as LHT, there is only one model LHC: In theory, all web heights of T I H Beams can be welded in this open mechanical structure, from 200mm to 2000mm.
Compared with LHA closed frame and LHT T frame machine:
1) No workpiece racks necessary for LHC model. Instead, T I H Beams are put onto group of hydraulic drive 60° Overturning Rack, as you check from the left hand photos;
2) Only 1 piece of SAW welding torch installed in one set of LHC machine. So, only piece of H Beam can be welded in LHC at any moment. This model is designed for automatic line use;
3) 4 Sets as a Group: The on site application of LHC I H-beam Welding Machine in automatic H Beam Production Line involves 4 sets of LHC working as a group. This is for completing H Beam 4 welding seams fabrication, with its one time flow through the line, without turning around;
4) Material handling in LHC model machine is safe and labor saving: Flipping and conveying workpiece is realized with 60° Overturning Rack and Steel Conveyor;
5) Balance is Important: The “downside” of LHC I H-beam Welding Machine is also obvious: It has single side inversed L shape, which is not as stable as LHT and LHA double sides acting structure I H-beam Gantry Welding Machine. So, during machine assembly at producer workshop, and official operation at customer site, be sure to always take care on balance of column trolley. This can be acquired by means of putting counterweight onto moving trolley during assembly at Wuxi JACK workshop, as shown in the left photo, and putting SAW welding machine onto moving trolley when the LHC machines are at customer workshop use.

Characteristic: LHT is the intermediate model between LHC column boom and LHA gantry moving models, common points with LHC and LHA both:
1) Mechanical main body of LHT has T shape structure. The 2 pieces of H Beams are laid at external sides of T frame during SAW welding. So, it has open structure;
2) Welding torch quantity: In one set of LHT, there are 2 pieces of welding torch. So, 2 pieces of T I H Beams can be welded simultaneously in the LHT machine;
3) Application Site: Same as LHA series, LHT model H-beam Gantry SAW Welding Machine works in semi-automatic H Beam Production Line, more flexible for on site layout;
4) Manual work on workpiece handling in LHT, including overturning and transportation of BOX H Beams are also toilful, which needs special attention for making sure operator safety and workpiece protection;
5) One Model for All Sizes Workpieces: LHT has T shape open style mechanical main body, no restriction on H Beam web height.
1) One machine with triple use: Benefitting from its mechanical T frame structure, applicable workpieces is not confined to T I H Beam, BOX Cross Beams are also available for being fabricated in the LHT;
2) Besides, other long length and relatively small cross section size steel workpieces, such as long pipe/ pole/ lamp post, can also be welded with this LHT models open structure H-beam Gantry SAW Welding Machine;
3) Welding mode is not confined to SAW welding also. Other common seen welding technique, for example, CO2 GMAW/ Strap cladding (Built up welding), can also be applied in the machine.
