1)      YTJ-80 hydraulic Heavy duty H Beam Straightening Equipment is “Jumbo” in full range of automatic H Beam Straightening Machine, including both YTJ series hydraulic drive, and HYJ series mechanical drive;  

2)      This high power high efficiency YTJ-80 Heavy duty I Beam Flange Straightening Machine has capability of straightening H Beam with flange up to 80mm thickness, for the material of Q345 (Tensile strength 510 ~ 600 MPa);

a)       Flange height should be 300 ~ 1200mm;

b)      Web height should be 500 ~ 2500mm;

1) As can be seen from the above picture, the operating panel of the YTJ-80 (And YTJ-60) H Beam Straightening Machine can be divided into five sections of A/B/C/D/E:

a)       Section A: This is for power indication and conveyor movement control in the H Beam Flange Straightening Machine;

b)      Section B: This is for hydraulic oil pump station control in the heavy duty H Beam Straightening Equipment;

c)       Section C: This is for top straightening roller distance adjustment in the H Beam Straightening Machine;

d)      Section D: This is for conveyor elevation control in the heavy duty I Beam Flange Straightening Machine;

e)      Section E: This is for web alignment and clamp control in the H Beam Straighten Machine;

2) To be specific, for normal operation of YTJ-80 (And YTJ-60) H Beam Straightening Machine:

a)       Section A of H Beam Straightening Machine Panel:

i.           5 is power indication lamp of this hydraulic high power H Beam Straightening Equipment;

ii.           1~2 is for having conveyor moving forward and backward continuously respectively;

iii.           3~4 is for having conveyor moving forward and backward in inching style respectively;

iv.           6 is to stop the conveyor movement;

v.           7 is for emergency stop the Heavy duty H Beam Flange Straightening Machine;

b)      Section B of H Beam Straightening Machine Panel:

i.           8~9 is for starting on and shut off oil pump station of this hydraulic high power I Beam Flange Straightening Machine;

ii.           10 is the indication lamp of the hydraulic station;

c)       Section C of H Beam Straightening Equipment Panel:

i.           11 is for controlling the left top straightening roller away (For accommodating larger size of flange of H Beam in the H Beam Straighten Machine);

ii.           12 is controlling the left top straightening roller toward (for accommodating smaller size of flange);

iii.           13& 14 are counterpart of 11&12 for the right top straightening roller of the Heavy duty H Beam Straighten Machine;

d)      Section D of H Beam Flange Straightening Machine Panel:

i.           15& 16 are for elevating and descending the input conveyor respectively;

ii.           17& 18 are for elevating and descending the output conveyor respectively;

iii.           19& 20 are for elevating and descending the uplift oil cylinder respectively (Managing straightening process of the high power hydraulic H Beam Straightening Machine);

e)      Section E of H Beam Straightening Equipment Panel:

i.           21&22 are for clamping and releasing of web positioning rollers at the front side respectively (Hydraulic oil cylinder drive);

ii.           23&24 are for clamping& releasing of web positioning rollers at the back side of H Beam Straightening Machine respectively (Hydraulic oil cylinder drive);

iii.           25&26 are for clamping& releasing of web positioning rollers at the both sides respectively;

f)        In brief, operation of the YTJ-80 hydraulic high power Heavy duty H Beam Flange Straightening Machine needs focus, skill and experience of operator.
