1. Project Timeline on Large Welding H Beam Production Line:

1) Customer contacted with Wuxi JACK at end of May 2026;
2) After 2 weeks communication on technical terms, customer placed order in middle of June;
3) The production on Z30 H Beam Assembly Machine, LHA H Beam Welding Machine, YTJ80 hydraulic H Beam Straightening Machine started accordingly, and has duration of 2 months;
4) From August 22nd to 29th year 2026, 2 senior customer engineers visited Wuxi JACK, having acceptance on the 3 sets of machines in welding H Beam Production Machine: Assembly, SAW welding, straightening;
5) The entire line and some SAW welding consumables (Φ4.0mm solid wires and SJ101 flux) will be delivered to customer by middle September 2026, with 4 pieces of 40HQ high container;
6) Regular progress report is submitted by Wuxi JACK to customer every 10 days, during 2 months production at Wuxi JACK facility;

1. CNC Flame Plasma Cutting Machine:

1) Station and Function: At initiation of welding H Beam Production Line, for cutting out strip plates from carbon steel plate, serving as flanges and web of welding H Beam;
2) Thermal Cutting Technology: Considering the max. thickness of H Beam flanges and web: 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, Oxygen fuel flame cutting is the only choice. Flange and web can be cut out in batch with 8 pieces of strip cutting torches;
3) Plasma Cutting: Sometimes, for cutting out small parts with special shape, customers ask plasma cutting to be equipped with CNC Flame Plasma Cutting Machine;

2. H Beam Assembly Machine with CO2 Tack Welding:

1) Function: Fitting up flanges and web into T Beam first and then into H Beam. Meanwhile, carry out CO2 gas shielded stitch welding to strengthen the workpiece. The stitch welding can be either automatic or manual;
