As shown in the first photo, one piece of steel strip laying in flat served as flange, and another piece of steel strip standing vertically served as web, (In the 1st photo the web is not shown), are loaded into the Vertical H Beam Welder by way of its input conveyor;
As shown in the second photo, the flange and web are fabricated into T Beam, and sent out of the Vertical H Beam Welder by way of its output conveyor;
a) As shown in the third photo, the second piece of flange is put onto input conveyor of the Vertical H Beam Welder in flat position;
b) The fabricated T Beam is inverted 180°, and put onto input conveyor of the H Beam Assembly Welding Straightening Integral Machine again. Please note in this step, the edge of the T Beam web should be in line with middle line of the second piece of flange, so that a piece of H Beam can be come into being roughly;
