1) The Purpose of CNC Plate Cutting Machine:

 

a) CNC Plate Cutting Machine is not a sole purpose equipment applied in H Beam Production Line only. Instead, CNC Plate Cutting Machine is an universal equipment applied across industries;
b) Conversely, for set up H Beam Production Line, CNC Plate Cutting Machine is a must: It cuts off narrow width strips from carbon steel plate, which are used as flange and web for fabrication of T Beam and H Beam. Please check below small photo;

2) Applicable Specification of CNC Plate Cutting Machine for H Beam Production Line Use:
 

a) For CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine itself, there are series of specifications from CG3000 (3m valid cutting width) to CG10000 (10m valid cutting width), the often seen are CG5000 and CG6000, together with the selection of flame cutting, plasma cutting, or both;
b) Meanwhile, when applied in H Beam Production Line, CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine is usually CG4000: 4m cutting rail span, with 1 or 2 sets of CNC cutting torch, and 9 sets of strip cutting torch;

3) Deployment of CNC Plate Cutting Machine in H Beam Production Line:

a) For H Beam Production Line, the CNC cutting torch of the CNC Plate Cutting Machine is not useful --- Only the strip cutting torches are necessary;
b) On the other hand, as we mentioned earlier, CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine is not confined to H Beam Production Line use. Customers usually buy it for multi-purpose application;
c) This is the reason that, for the layout of H Beam Production Line, the position of CNC Plate Cutting Machine is at its starting point, and not in the line as the remaining equipment: Instead, CNC Plate Cutting Machine is installed in parallel with H Beam Assembly Machine.

1. Definition on Z Series H Beam Assembly Machine with Tack Welding:

1) The Purpose of H Beam Assembly Machine:

a) H Beam Assembly Machine fits up flange and web first into T Beam, then flip it 180°, and assemble it into H Beam:

b) In the assembling process, tack welding is performed in the way of CO2 Gas Shielded Welding;
c) In the H Beam Assembly Machine, the fitting up and tack welding are implemented at the same time;

2) The Working Mode of H Beam Assembly Machine:

a) H Beam Assembly Machine is a complicated equipment: It has two stages of assembling for flange and web, happened at input conveyor and central working area of the machine respectively. The alignment process is driven with hydraulic cylinders;
b) In H Beam Assembly Machine, the CO2 tack welding is performed with outsourced GMAW welding power supply. The corresponding welding current is in the range of 100A ~ 500A;
c) The entire working process of H Beam Assembly Machine is controlled with PLC (Programmable logic controller), because of its complicity;
d) H Beam Assembly Machine has some similar points with H Beam Fabrication Machine on the aspects of machine appearance, and its way of working.

1) In view of its control manner, there are automatic and manual H Beam Assembly Machine;

1. Definition on LHC, LHA and LHT Series H Beam Welding Machine:

The Usage and Working Mode of H Beam Welding Machine:

1) H Beam Welding Machine performs large current SAW (Submerged arc welding) on the assembled and tack welded H Beam and T Beam following H Beam Assembly Machine, delivering completely fabricated H Beam and or T Beam:

2) In one piece of H Beam, there are 4 pieces of welding seam. Correspondingly, in automatic H Beam Production Line, it is fulfilled with 4 sets of LHC Column type H Beam Welding Machine, in the form of one piece flow;
3) In semi automatic H Beam Production Line, it is fulfilled with 1 set of LHA Gantry H Beam Welding Machine, or 1 set of LHT T type H Beam Welding Machine. The H Beam needs to be sent into the machine 2 times;
4) In H Beam Welding Machine, the workpiece can be welded back and forth 2 ~ 3 times, making the strengthened finished welding seam;
5) In one set of H Beam Welding Machine, the Submerged arc welding is performed with 2 set of SAW power supply. The corresponding welding current is usually from 300A to 1000A.

 

2. Classification of LHC, LHA and LHT Series H Beam Welding Machine:

1) LHC model Column type H Beam Welding Machine:

a) This is specifically for being used in automatic H Beam Production Line. Very seldom does it used as individual H Beam Welding Machine;
b) There is 1 piece of welding torch in 1 set of LHC H Beam Welding Machine, welding one pass of welding seam for H Beam and T Beam;

2) LHA model Gantry H Beam Welding Machine:

a) In practical work, LHA is applied as individual working H Beam Welding Machine, deployed in semi automatic H Beam Production Line;
b) Based on working position of operator, there are 2 types of sub group in Gantry H Beam Welding Machine: LHAZ Middle control, and LHAC Lateral control Gantry H Beam Welding Machine, which have its focus point respectively;

c) The standard models in LHAZ and LHAC sub groups H Beam Welding Machine are LHA4Z, LHA5Z, LHA55Z, LHA4C, LHA5C Gantry H Beam Welding Machine;

3) LHT model T type H Beam Welding Machine:

a) Same as LHC, the LHT T type H Beam Welding Machine has open structure, which means one model fitting for all sizes of workpiece;
b) Same as LHA, LHT is not developed for automatic H Beam Production Line. Instead, it works as individual H Beam Welding Machine;

The Usage and Working Mode of H Beam Straightening Machine:

1) This is the third set, also the last set core equipment in H Beam Production Line, following H Beam Assembly Machine and H Beam Welding Machine;
2) H Beam Straightening Machine is for flattening the upward deformed flange of H Beam after SAW welding, or length direction deformation;
3) The working principle of HYJ- and YTJ- series H Beam Straightening Machine is demonstrated in below sketch:

4) You can see that the working elements in H Beam Straightening Machine are 3 pieces of straightening rollers, 2 in the top, and 1 in the bottom;
5) During working of the H Beam Straightening Machine, the 2 pieces of top straightening rollers move downward, exerting pressing force onto top surface of H Beam, attaining the target of flange straightening.
 

2. Working Capacity of HYJ and YTJ Series H Beam Straightening Machine:

1) HYJ series Mechanical drive H Beam Straightening Machine:

a) In HYJ series H Beam Straightening Machine, H Beam stands in vertical position. And the straightening force comes from motor reducer. This is where the name of HYJ series mechanical H Beam Straightening Machine comes from. Please check below two sketches;

3) YTJ series Hydraulic drive H Beam Straightening Machine:

a) YTJ series Hydraulic H Beam Straightening Machine has same workpiece orientation, and similar working mode as HYJ series mechanical type. The difference is, driving force comes from hydraulic oil cylinder:
