1) H Beam Welding Machine performs large current SAW (Submerged arc welding) on the assembled and tack welded H Beam and T Beam following H Beam Assembly Machine, delivering completely fabricated H Beam and or T Beam:
2) In one piece of H Beam, there are 4 pieces of welding seam. Correspondingly, in automatic H Beam Production Line, it is fulfilled with 4 sets of LHC Column type H Beam Welding Machine, in the form of one piece flow;
3) In semi automatic H Beam Production Line, it is fulfilled with 1 set of LHA Gantry H Beam Welding Machine, or 1 set of LHT T type H Beam Welding Machine. The H Beam needs to be sent into the machine 2 times;
4) In H Beam Welding Machine, the workpiece can be welded back and forth 2 ~ 3 times, making the strengthened finished welding seam;
5) In one set of H Beam Welding Machine, the Submerged arc welding is performed with 2 set of SAW power supply. The corresponding welding current is usually from 300A to 1000A.
