2. H Beam Assembly Machine:

1) Work Station: This is the 1st set of central H Beam Production Equipment in any H Beam Welding Line;
2) Function: H Beam Assembly Machine assembles flanges and web into T Beam first and then H Beam, by means of 2 times assembling and tack CO2 stitch welding;

3) Workpieces: T Beam assembly and tack welding in I H Beam Assembly Machine: (Fig.2)

3. H Beam Welding Machine:

1) Work Station: This is core operating zone of H Beam Welding Line, following H Beam Assembly Machine;
2) Function: Implement on SAW (Submerged arc welding) on assembled H Beam, in the position of 45° filet welding;
3) Welding Passes: SAW can be carried out several passes on H Beam, to get solid welding formation and deep penetration;

4) The 2 pieces of welding torches for 45° filet SAW welding in I H Beam Welding Line: (Fig.3)

4. Flange and Horizontal Straightening in H Beam Welding Line:

1) Work Station: This H Beam Production Equipment is at EOL (End of line) station of I H Beam Welding Line, following H Beam Welding Machine;
2) Function: Straightening on upward deformed flanges of H Beam, or H Beam integral deflection along the entire body, after the preceding steps of SAW welding;
3) Working Principle: For flange straightening, there are 3 pieces of solid straightening rollers in the H Beam Straightening Machine. Of which, the 2 pieces of top position straightening rollers move down under cylinder drive; For horizontal straightening machine, the oil cylinder moves lateral direction;

5. Hydraulic Drive 60°/ 90°/ 180° H Beam Turn Tables:

1) Work Station: H Beam turn table is deployed at every station of automatic H Beam Welding Line: Assembly/ Welding/ Straightening, help operators attaining workpiece management in safe manner;
2) Models: At different work stations, there are 3 types of H Beam turn table: 60°/ 90°/ 180°, stationary or motor drive moving;
