1. Structure and Working Way of Medium duty Pipe Beveling Machine:

1) As can be seen from the lefthand photo, in the medium duty Pipe Beveling Machine, there is a piece of high speed revolution circular facer blade, which, under the drive of motor reducer, renders beveling on the rim of pipe opposing the facer blade;
2) The workpiece pipe of the Pipe Beveling Machine is located and fixed on a set of platform fixture, which is composed of 4 pieces of brackets. To accommodate varied diameters of the pipe, the 4 pieces of the brackets can be moved along the slot in platform fixture;

1) As can be seen from lefthand photo, in this set of Pipe Assembly Machine with Flange, workpiece pipe is put a set of traveling type Welding Rotator, so that different lengths of the pipe can be accommodated;
2) Flange is hung on a piece of vertical fixture by means of 2 pieces of positioning pin. The vertical fixture is installed on the trolley of the Pipe Assembly Machine;

3. Pipe Welding Machine

2 Types of The Pipe Welding Machine:
