1. Management on Production Process of Edge Rounding and Trimming Machine:
1) Significance: Quality of elements and assemblies are basis for guaranteeing performance and service level of the entire machine. Wuxi JACK has strict management on production of every cell of our products;
2) Requirement on Machine Components: For effectively carrying out edge rounding and deburring operation, which should consider both heavy working force and high precision, it should be the perfect integration of strength and accuracy;
3) The five critical work elements of the Edge Rounding Machine we will discuss here are: Edge rounding rollers, bed of edge rounding roller and its oil cylinder, guiding rod, sliding bearing, and downward stroke pressing rollers:
2. Edge Round Rollers of Wuxi JACK Steel Plate Edge Rounding Machine:

1) Quantity: In one set of Edge Rounding and Trimming Machine, there are left and right 2 pairs of edge rounding rollers, of which in each pair there are top and bottom assembled 1 piece of roller respectively, thus in turn totally 4 pieces of rollers;
2) Role: These edge rounding rollers are the core element for performing edge rounding operation, and the only consumables of the machine. It has suggested effective service life in terms of accumulated edge rounding length on steel plates;
3) Process Technology for Production: These edge rounding rollers are solid type, made of 35CrMo tool steel, precisely machined in machining center, then tempered integrally, to have its surface quenched and thus making sure its mechanical strength, durable for long time use;
3. Mechanical Bed of Edge Rounding Roller and its Oil Cylinder in Edge Rounding and Trimming Machine:
2 pieces of edge rounding rollers and its mounting bed: (Fig.12)
1) As can be found from the above photo, this is a piece of square solid block which is machined finely;
2) This element determines stability and smoothness of edge rounding operation in the machine. It is solid casting steels, of ZG250-550;
4. Guiding Rod for Transverse Movement of Edge Rounding Rollers in Edge Rounding Machine:
A pair of assembled guiding rod at front side of machine bed: (Fig.13)
1) Role: This unit determines on positioning accuracy of workpiece steel plate in Edge Rounding Machine cavity. There are 2 pieces of such guiding rod totally in one set of the machine;
2) These guiding rods are made of 45# steel, and machined carefully, then have the guide rod chromium plated. In this way, both mechanical strength and precision can by fully guaranteed;
5. Slide Bearing (Bushing) of Guiding Rod in Edge Rounding and Trimming Machine:
A piece of slide bearing bush for edge rounding operation: (Fig.14)
1) Assembled together with the above mentioned guiding rod, this slide bearing affects on positioning accuracy of workpiece steel plates in work zone of edge deburring and rounding operation;
2) This sliding bushing is assembled onto the guiding rod, and have direct contact with internal surface of the transverse positioning oil cylinder;
3) Or, in other words, this sliding bearing sits in between the guiding rod and the positioning cylinder, and serves as sliding guide for edge rounding operation in the machine;
4) As can be found from the above photo, this element is made and finely machined from copper based alloy, which is intermingled with graphite;
6. Downward Stroke Pressing Rollers of Large Plate Edge Rounding Machine:
Front view on the 3 pieces of hydraulic drive downward press rollers, in Wuxi JACK RH3000 model large model machine, and its action: (Fig.15)
1) Necessity: As introduced in previous sections of this page, the large models from RH1500 to RH3000 machines are equipped with three pieces of downward pressing rollers, at overhead horizontal beam of its BOX frame;
2) Quantity: And based on specific width of workpiece steel plate, one to three pieces of such press rollers are to be used for maintaining flatness of wide steel plate surface in the process of edge rounding;
3) Requirement: Judging from its function for edge rounding operation, demand on its rigidity and precision is at lower level than that of edge rounding rollers;
4) Manufacture Process Technology: This the reason that, these downward pressing rollers are made and machined from 45# steel, and have its surface Chromium plated.
