1) Varied Sizes of T H Beam: For every model of machine, its accommodating sizes of H Beam web height/ Flange width/ plate thickness change within certain scope. Which means, within each shift of operation, the T I H Beams for production may have its sizes varied in large extent;
2) Every time H Beam sizes change, welding torches need to be moved along 3 directions before welding:
a) X axis horizontal;
b) Y axis vertical;
c) 45° oblique angle,
So as to maintain welding torch always to be positioned at welding seam accurately;
3) Always Aiming on Welding Seam Precisely: In Wuxi JACK produced three in one Integral Function H Beam Welding Machine, our welding torch mechanism has excellent capability on flexible and convenient modulation on its position, benefitting from ingenious design and delicate workmanship of this mechanism;
4) Protection on H Beam and Machine Assembly: Besides, when feeding in and sending out T I H Beam into and out of machine central function units, the two sets of welding torches should be moved away, to leave sufficient space for workpiece movement, so as to avoid collision with each other. 1) Move up and down along vertical direction;
2) Move forward and backward in horizontal direction;
3) Move along slant trace in the 45° slant axis;

The above photos show detection and uplift unit for assembling on long and thin flange with web during H Beam fabrication:
1) Problem Solving: During fitting up long length small thickness web and flange, if flange thickness is only 5 ~ 6mm (Which is often appeared in practical use), these long thin parts are prone to drop down due to its softness, during being fed into the machine. This will lead to inaccurate assembly effect into first T Beam and then H Beam;
2) To prevent this issue from happening, we have introduced this delicate detecting and uplifting unit, for accurately assembly on small thickness long length flange and web first into T Beam and then into H Beam, guaranteeing on precise alignment and assembly on all kinds of workpieces. 1. Shown in the below sketch, H Beam to be produced in this machine stands in vertical orientation. Accordingly, welding is performed in flat position: (Fig.2)

2. This is the reason why this machine focuses on producing light to medium duty welding T I H Beam (“Light to medium duty” refer to: The finished welding seam have toe size of 8~ 12mm);
3. The second feature in working modes of the machine is, benefitting from its integrating assembly/ welding/ straightening units together in a row in its function unit, T Beams and H Beams are produced from steel plates with its passing through of the machine: The first time flange and web pass through is fabricated into T Beam; The second time pass through is fabricated into H Beam. This is the reason the machine is often called “Assembly welding straightening 3 in 1 H Beam Machine”;
4. Welding Modes: Over 90% of applicating cases of the machine is with Single Arc/ Twin Arc/ Tandem Arc SAW (Submerged arc welding): The finished T I H Beam flange and web plate thickness is 6mm ~ 40mm; Under 10% customer choose GMAW CO2 gas shielded welding, for producing 3mm ~ 6mm plate small thickness T H Beams.
