1. Position of Two axis Welding Positioner:

3) In this way, the ideal orientation of workpiece can be got by means of the above mentioned two axis control in rotary welding table of the Two Axis Welding Positioner;

 

3. Fixation of Workpiece onto Two Axis Welding Positioner:

 

1) Cut in the surface of the rotary welding table, there are 6 pieces of angular evenly distributed T slot, and a round of positioning holes surrounding the circle center:

2) Welding fixtures of different types are installed onto surface of the rotary welding table through these T slots and positioning holes, which in turn secure workpiece onto the Rotary Welding Positioner firmly:
