1) The right hand photo and design sketch of horizontal Welding Turning Table denote its structure: A piece of round shape (Minority condition is square shape) welding turntable is assembled onto a piece of vertical standing solid base, with the driving and transmission motor reducer installed beneath the welding turntable;
2) There is a piece of installation plate at the bottom of the vertical base, keeping balance and stable running of the entire set of Welding Turning Table;
3) To get the compact size and symmetric structure of the whole set of the Rotary Welding Table,motor and reducer are assembled in symmetry at both sides of the vertical base.
1) Based on type of driving motor, the horizontal Welding Turning Table has two types of ordinary A.C. motor drive and servo drive;
2) The loading capacity of ordinary A.C. motor drive Welding turntable can be up to 50 Ton to 100 Ton;
3) The loading capacity of servo drive Welding turntable has the max. tonnage of 10 Ton, of which the common seen is 3Ton to 5Ton;
4) The servo drive Rotary Welding Table usually works with robot working station and or other sophisticated control case. 1) Looking at its appearance, the frame of vertical revolving single axis Welding Positioner is similar to a set of L type Welding Positioner: Its upright square column serving as trunk of the main body, and 2 pieces of long extending “feet” as its grounding installation base;
2) The difference is, there is no L arm in this single axis Rotary Welding Positioner. Instead, the welding turning table is assembled directly onto the square column, in the direction of vertical plane;
3) The balance and steady standing of the rotary welding table is very important on such kind of vertical revolving single axis Welding Positioner. As you can check from the left hand photo, besides the above mentioned 2 pieces of long feet, control board of the Welding Positioning Equipment is integrated into cavity of the Welding Positioner rectangular body, which improves and increase stability of its gravity center location.
1) The working parts processed on this structure of vertical single axis Rotary Welding Positioner should have “stout” or “stumpy” figure, instead of “Slender” figure;
