Check list of the 4 critical questions for identifying on suitable machine model:
1) For Producing Heavy duty H Beam: If customer wants welding seam on H Beam with welding seam size bigger than 12mm, which means more than one time pass of welding should be performed. We recommend customer to select LHA/ LHC/ LHT sole purpose H Beam Welding Machine, which adopt with 45° fillet welding mode, and can have several rounds of welding on H Beam;
2) For Producing Light and Medium duty H Beam: When one pass welding is sufficient for fabricating on T / H Beam, which means, welding toe size less than 12mm, then PHJ and ZHJ model machine we discuss here is more applicable for choice;
1) H Beam Cross Section Contour: As mentioned previously, if all H Beams have symmetric cross section, ZHJ series is the best choice for customer, in terms of production efficiency and running cost;
2) If there exist fairly percentage of H Beam with asymmetric cross section, then PHJ models should be selected for production;

2. The 1st Round Workpiece Flow: T Beam Fabrication:
First two pieces of long strip boards (Flange and web) are loaded onto input conveyor, and be fit up, welded and straightened into T Beam, which can be taken as either finished workpiece T Beam, or WIP (Work in process) of H Beam;
3. The 2nd Round Workpiece Flow: H Beam Fabrication:
Then, with the 3rd piece of long strip board (As the 2nd piece of flange) loaded onto input conveyor roller of 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Welding Machine, fabricating T Beam into finished I H Beam:

2) H Beam Assembly Way: One side of H Beam is positioned and clamped with automatic hydraulic drive; The opposing side of H Beam is assembled with manual turning handwheel, which in turn transmitted with leadscrew. H Beam flange and web are fixed by means of precise eccentric alignment rollers;
3) Welding Way: 0° flat position submerged arc welding;
4) Straightening Way: Heavy force reliable hydraulic drive 2 pieces of oil cylinder downward acting;

1) Special Design: Some customers produce small size and thin thickness H Beam. Which, suppose select conventional models, it will be a waste for both purchase budget and running cost. Welding mode is also not applicable: (Fig.7)

2) For this reason, we have special made light duty model machine for customer choice, such as ZHJ10;
3) Assembly Way: Same as ZHJ;
4) Welding Mode: Small current CO2 GMAW, high IK value and welding seam strength;
5) Straightening Form: Same as PHJ.
