1) Task: Overturning H Beam/ BOX Beam in the range of 0 ~ 90°;
2) Where Used: In the process flow of automatic H Beam Production Line, the 90° Turnover Rack Equipment locates alongside output conveyor roller tables of H Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine. It is for flipping T Beam/ H Beam to the other side, so as to fitting up and have stitch welding on opposing side of T/ H Beam;
3) At Automatic H Beam Production Line: 90° Tipping Rack Machine turns over assembled H Beam on output conveyor of H Beam Assembly Machine: (Fig.1)
1) Work Station: 180° Turnover Rack Equipment is installed at H Beam Flange Straightening Machine, following H Beam Assembly and Tack Welding (90° turning over) and Submerged Arc Welding Machine (60° turning over):
2) 180° Turning Over Rack Equipment at input conveyor roller tables of HYJ800 H Beam Flange Straightening Machine, EOL (End of line) station of automatic H Beam Production Line: (Fig.2)
3) Assistant Working Unit: For stationary 180° BOX H Beam Flipping Cart, moving unit need to equipped for H Beam conveying:
4) Wuxi JACK lifting and moving machine, work together with stationary 180° BOX H Beam Turnover Cart: (Fig.3)
1) 4 Times Welding Operation: In the process of BOX H Beam production, there are 4 pieces of welding seams in one workpiece, which will be fabricated with 4 sets of LHC model H Beam SAW Welding Machine respectively: One set of LHC completes one piece of welding seam;
2) Transfer among LHC: At the completion of each time SAW welding, BOX H Beam will be flipped 90° or 180°, and sent to next set of LHC. This task is fulfilled by means of 180° BOX H Beam Movable Turnover Machine:
3) Large size welded H Beam being flipped and conveyed with 180° BOX H Beam Turnover Cart: (Fig.4)
Here we take 180° BOX H Beam Overturning Cart as example:
1. Manipulator Quantity: There are 2 pieces of L shape overturning rack in one set of the BOX H Beam Flipping Cart, for holding on long length of BOX H Beam, and workpiece 90° / 180° overturning at the completion of SAW welding operation:
Finished welded H Beam, being turned over with 180° Movable Turnover Machine in automatic H Beam Production Line: (Fig.5)
This equipment is placed at:
1) At SAW welding zone of automatic H Beam Production Line, between the 4 sets of LHC H Beam SAW Welding Machine, adjacent to 60° stationary turnover rack machine groups;
2) At H Beam Flange Straightening zone, alongside H Beam Flange Straightening Machine, for flipping H Beam 180° to the other side, to straighten on the other side of flange;
3) At SAW welding zone, between the 4 sets of column structure or moving gantry frame structure BOX Beam SAW Welding Machine:
4) 180° Steel Structure BOX H Beam Movable Flipping Machine holding on BOX Beam, at SAW machine of BOX Beam production line: (Fig.6)
1) Hydraulic Drive: Driven with 2 pieces of hydraulic oil cylinders, 2 pieces of rockshafts revolve in phase simultaneously, overturning and carrying BOX H Beam onto conveyor rack of SAW welding machine;
2) Convey H Beam: By way of lifting moving machine, BOX H Beam is sent to next set of SAW welding machines;
3) Movement of this 180° Movable Turnover Machine and BOX H Beam, is driven with motor reducer, and guided with moving wheels at the mechanical body. Its movement is along parallel rails:
4) Parallel rails and wheels of 180° BOX H Beam Movable Flipping Machine at Wuxi JACK workshop: (Fig.7)
1) Mechanical base bed, BOX structure, stationary, at the bottom of the machine, being fixed into workshop at customer workshop;
2) Overturning L arms, its rotation is driven with hydraulic cylinders. Being assembled onto the mechanical base bed;
3) Revolving transmission shaft, being assembled inside mechanical base bed;
4) Hydraulic oil cylinder, also being assembled inside mechanical base bed;
5) Hydraulic pump station, being put individually alongside the BOX H Beam Overturning Cart, being connected with oil cylinder by means of hoses. Rotation of L arm is driven with hydraulic cylinder;
6) Electric control board/ operating panels;
a) A set of assembled, tested, painted Wuxi JACK Hydraulic 90° H Beam BOX H Beam Flipping Cart: (Fig.8)
b) Batch of 180° Movable Turnover Machine finished production, ready for shipment at Wuxi JACK workshop: (Fig.9)
Here we also take 180° Movable Turnover Machine as example:
1) During operation, BOX H Beam is raised off 60° overturning racks of SAW welding Machine;
2) Then, driven with oil cylinder, rockshafts L shape racks of the machine overturn BOX H Beam 90° or 180°;
3) After that, BOX H Beam will be sent to elevating moving machine, and be transported to the next set of H Beam SAW Welding Machine, or H Beam Straightening Machine;
1. Cables and oil pipes of this machine are arranged through drag chain, applicable for complicated operation of workpiece rotation and convey. It has safe work, good appearance and reliable performance:

2. The entire set of BOX H Beam Turnover Cart has compact structure and easy operation, applicable for being applied in various automatic steel structure production line;
3. Flexible Operation: The lateral 2 sets of Steel Structure Overturning Racks rotate individually, serving as assistant supporting unit during welding process;
4. Flipping Angle Precision Control: Encoder is introduced in Wuxi JACK produced 60°/ 90°/ 180° BOX H Beam Movable Turnover Machine, for detecting on and identifying its L arm flipping angle;
Prevent H Beam from Falling Down: There is a small rack being fit on each of the L arm. Its usage is to reliably hold the “┷” Beam onto Turnover Rack, and preventing H Beam from unexpected falling down, during L shape Tipping Rack tilting:
1) Small protection brackets being assembled onto Tipping Rack of Wuxi JACK 90° BOX H Beam Turnover Cart: (Fig.11)
2) Flexible Position Change along Turnover Rack: Based on size of the “┷” Beam,there are three shifts of mounting positions for the small rack on the L arm Tipping Rack, in the form of 3 groups of holes.
1. Installation: During installation of automatic H Beam Production Line, mechanical base of BOX H Beam Movable Turnover Machine is fixed into workshop floor with anchor bolts;
2. Application Form: Same as 60° unit, the 90° unit also works in 3 sets per group:
