2. Suitable Pipes:
CNC-CP3-600 models are specifically used on cutting small pipes:
1) Diameter: Φ80mm ~ Φ600mm;
2) Pipe Wall Thickness: 3mm ~ 15mm;
3) Cutting Kerf: Depending on diameter of pipe, and subsequent process technology, no need to cut out oblique rim, just straight edge cutting kerf is enough;

1. Pipe clamp claw fixture in 3 Axis 600/12 series is with chuck, which is adaptable on firmly fixing small diameter thin wall pipes without deformation:
1) Clamping small pipes into Wuxi JACK machine, with 3 jaw claw: (Fig.2)

1) X Axis: Cutting torch can be adjusted along length direction of workpiece;
2) Y Axis: Workpiece pipe rotates 0° ~ 360°, so that cutting torch always directs at 12 o’clock position on the pipe, during the entire cutting operation in the machine;
3) Z Axis: Cutting torch can be moved up and down, so that be fitting for different diameters of workpiece pipe;
With the above 3 axis control, the machine cut off pipe into required length, without slant angle beveling function. Following that, it can be welded with flange, or fabricated into complicated pipe assembly;
For fulfilling on pipe cutting task in 3 axis model, the cutting torch completes steps in sequence of:
1) Moving along longitudinal body of pipe, determining length of cut off segment: X axis;
2) Descends down to external wall of pipe, based on diameter of pipe, Z axis;
3) Start up thermal cutting, either Oxygen fuel or plasma, the pipe rotates 360° in adjustable cutting linear velocity, Y axis;
4. Applicable for Small Pipes: For the basic configuration of 3 Axis control model, the specification of Φ600mm is the most fitting model. Because usually the smaller the diameter, the smaller thickness of pipe wall, which means less need on oblique beveling function on pipes.
a) Feature: This machine has concise and open structure. A set of L shape stationary main frame constitutes main body of the machine, with upright side wall and long length base bed;
b) The mechanical main frame can be classified into 4 major sections of:
1) The upright side wall perpendicular with workshop floor and base bed, installed with chuck claw at its middle, serving as workpiece pipe end clamping unit;
2) The long length base bed is installed firmly into workshop floor. Depending on pipe length, there are 2 to 3 sets of “X” shape angle adjustable brackets, which can move along the length of entire base bed, holding pipe reliably along its entire lengthways body;
3) The pipe longitudinal direction moving carriage of cutting torch, which moves under motor drive, based on cutting point on pipe;
4) The high rise cable and cutting tubes sliding racks, cutting torch carriage is installed together with this rack;
