2. Cutting Torch of 5 Axis CNC Pipe Cutting Machine: (Fig.12)
Cutting torch in 5 axis model has 2 pieces of additional articulated arm, making capability of 2 directional swing, accomplishing task of A and B axis motion;
1) The machine is equipped with single group of cutting torch unit, with both flame cutting and plasma cutting onto the same piece of carriage;
2) Oxygen fuel cutting for performing flame cutting on carbon steel, of small to medium to large thickness;

5. Electric Control System

At that time, the impetus on exploiting 5 Axis control for the purpose of chamfering and beveling is, this machine is for making prepare for next step of welding and or assembly, in corresponding Welding Roller Bed. 3. For those pipes with thick wall, without groove of kerf (3 Axis model machine can not attain this target), it will be difficult to have accurate assemble under the condition of oblique intersection of pipe;
4. The reason is, in CNC Pipe Intersection Cutting Machine, programming is done on the basis of external diameter of pipe. So, the wall thickness multiply with cos of oblique angle of pipe, the result will be bigger or smaller than the accurate result, which causes difficulty on later on assembly;
