1) The basic unit of GD20 is its main body, which is an integral frame of bed and trunk;
2) Working unit and manipulating unit are at the front side of main body, including rolling shear, angular ruler, four pieces of handwheels for different adjusting task (Plate thickness and others), the big and solid bottom supporting roller;
3) Control elements are integrated into back side, making the entire set of machine with compact structure and less bulky size;
1) As can be seen from the above, there are a piece of rolling shear, equipped at working unit of the machine;
2) During work, with the going forward of the small metal plate through the working section, the small metal plate is squeezed and beveled in the process of rolling shear revolve, accomplishing on the task of small plate edge milling;
3) Plate Support: The entire piece of small plate is supported and sent forward with bracket along the machine, and operator carrying. Considering small size and light weight of small plate, there is no input and output conveyors:

4. Working Velocity: The GD20 machine has safe, simple and convenient operation, and works in high efficiency, in the constant working velocity of 3000 mm cutting length/min.
As can be seen from the attached photos and below, this machine is mainly composed of:
1) Stationary mechanical machine body;
2) Rolling shear inside operating cavity of machine main frame;
3) Input and output supporting racks of 3m long each: Holding small plate in the process of chamfering;
4) Electric control and operating system;

1) During work, the rolling shearing revolves under the drive of motor;
2) There is a cavity formed between the top milling cutter, and bottom transmission roller in the mechanical body. During operation, the small size plate moves through the cavity, got its edge beveled at the same time;
a) The 2 sets of top position handwheels above the rolling shear is for holding tightly the small plate during operation: (Fig.8)
b) The one set of bottom handwheel at left hand is for adjusting on vertical position of the bottom driving transmission roller, accommodating on various thickness of the small plate: (Fig.9)
c) To relieve hands of operator during operating the GD20 Rolling Shear Chamfering Machine, electric control is supplemented with foot pedal switch: (Fig.10)
3) There is an emergency stop button on the side wall of the machine, which is close at hand for convenient quick access, in case contingency happens.

Compared with other metal plate beveling solutions, the use of GD20 features in:
