RH-1000 Strip Edge Rounding Machine for Shipbuilding Industry

1. Outline on RH1000 Strip Edge Rounding Machine:

1) Feature: The attached pictures show mechanical main frame of Wuxi JACK standard RH1000 model Strip Edge Rounding and Deburring Machine. This refers to the Max. width of plate for edge rounding is 1,000mm, which is the most widely applied standard model of RH series machine tool product. In practical application, we have also delivered RH800 model machine for customer;

2) Characteristic in Structure: Compared with RH1500 and larger models of Wide Plate Edge Rounding Machine, RH1000 and smaller model RH800 have open structure, instead of enclosed frame mechanical body in RH1500 to RH3000 models. Please check below photos for comparison:

The reason behind that is explained below.

2. General Structure of RH1000 Strip Edge Rounding Machine:

1) This RH1000 model of machine is for edge rounding and deburring workpiece (Strip plate) up to 1000mm width. Due to its relative narrow size, there is no hidden risk of center drum up on the workpiece in the process of edge rounding;

2) Consequently, it is not necessary to have the downward stroke pressing rollers, which are equipped in the larger models of RH1500, RH2000, and RH3000 larger size models. Check below:

3)  Different Structure of RH1000 Strip Edge Deburring and Rounding Machine from RH1500, RH2000, and RH3000:

a) RH1000 model machine has the major frame of top open structure, that a set of base bed is installed with edge rounding unit onto it;

b) Together with input and output conveyors deployed at its front and rear side, to form up complete set of this RH1000 model machine.

3.  Rounding Roller Cell at RH1000 Strip Edge Rounding Machine:

Another discrepancy, or uniqueness of RH1000 model machine, from the larger ones of RH1500, RH2000, and RH3000 models. lies at its moving way, or alignment of rounding units at both sides:

1) Please check attached picture and below photo. One side of the up and down rounding rollers are fixed along horizontal direction:

2) While the opposing side of edge rounding rollers are transverse movable guided with the guiding rod and bush;

3) For RH series Edge Rounding Machine, these guiding rod and bush are made of finely machined 45# steel with Chrome plating: (Fig.5)

4)  The distance between the two pairs of edge rounding rollers is adjusted with the moving side of the rounding rollers, accommodating workpiece of various width within the range of 1000 mm;

5)  Comparatively, in the case of larger models of RH1500, RH2000, and RH3000 Plate Edge Rounding and Deburring Machine, both sides of the edge rounding rollers can be moved along transverse direction;

6)  The 3^rd disparity of RH1000 and smaller models of machine is its foundation: No need to prepare it ahead of time before machine installation. Just secure its machine body and conveyors into workshop ground with the anchor bolts.

4. Technical Parameters of RH1000 Strip Edge Rounding Machine:
