1) Straightening on Butt Welding Seam: Following steel plates to be joined in MP model steel plate Butt Joint Welding Machine, this special made machine is for leveling and flattening on joint welding seam bulge deformation on joint plates;

2) Plate Flattening: The 2^nd often applied function of this machine is to highly efficiently flatten on sheet metal plates, maintaining flatness of plate before use;

1) Max. width of joint sheet metal: 3200mm;

2) Max. thickness of joint sheet metal: 16mm;

3) Max. length of joint sheet metal: 32m;

B. Structure and Working Principle of JF16 Butt Welding Seam Steel Plate Straightening Machine:

1. Structure and Main Units of JF16 Steel Plate Sheet Metal Butt Welding Seam Straightening Machine:

This special made machine has the structure of stationary box frame, with central working unit installed in between. Its primary units include:

1) Mechanical solid base frame;

2) Bottom straightening mold;

3) 4 pieces of upright columns holding platform and serve as machine skeleton;

4) A set of top installed downward acting straightening roller unit;

5) The top downward straightening roller horizontal moving mechanism;

6) Motor drive input and output conveyors;

7) Electric control system;

8) Hydraulic system;

2. Working Principle of JF16 Butt Welding Seam Steel Plate Sheet Metal Straightening Machine:

1) Running Mode: This machine works in the form of workpiece passing through, and working unit keeps stationary;

2) Working Speed: So, sending forward speed of workpiece equals to straightening working velocity. Here in this JF16 model machine, it is fixed 6000 mm/min. Of course, we can make the working speed adjustable if customer need;

1. Mechanical Main Body of JF16 Butt Welding Seam Sheet Metal Steel Plate Straightening Machine:

1) The mechanical main frame of the JF16 model machine is an integral body of BOX outline, which is fixed into workshop floor with anchor bolts;

2) Mechanical main body is welding structure. Its rigidity and strength are calculated and validated carefully by Wuxi JACK engineering team, during designing stage;

3) All the main parts and assemblies are de-stressed after welding with heat treatment, making sure reliable long service life of the JF16 model machine;

1) Aiming on Welding Seam: There is a top assembled downward acting straightening unit, which moves laterally under motor drive, to aim on butt welding seam correctly;

2) Safety Management: The lateral movement of the straightening unit is controlled with electric limit switch, as well as rubber material hard stops. So, security in this JF16 model machine can fully be guaranteed all the while;

3) The Pressing Bearing of the straightening unit has sufficient subject force capability, and reasonable lubrication circuit;

6) Straightening roller is “Soul” in all types of steel structure straightening machinery: H Beam Straightening Machine; And or Angle Steel Straightening Machine, etc. In this JF16 model machine, it is also made of hard alloy material, which are tempered and surface quenched, avoiding defects such as crack, making sure stability and long using life.

D. Hydraulic System of JF16 Steel Plate Sheet Metal Butt Welding Seam Straightening Machine:

1. Role/ Composition / Good Points of Hydraulic System in JF16 Sheet Metal Steel Plate Straightening Machine:

1) Role: Hydraulic system gives force on downward movement of straightening roller during straightening operation, the reliable energy source;

2) Composition: Hydraulic system mainly includes oil cylinder and pump station. Oil cylinder is large high pressure type;

3) With Strong Points of heavy driving force/ tight sealing/ no leakage even with long time use. There are embedded bi-directional interlock logic, making sure sufficient pushing force and self-lock performance;

1) Straightening Action is managed with hydraulic valves. Its downward straightening stroke can be inching adjusted for precise control;

2) Straightening Volume Control is applied with displacement sensor, testing actual vertical position of straightening roller, and displayed in digital form;

3) Individual Pump Station is adopted in hydraulic system of the machine. All the valves have separate assembly for easy and accurate control;
