CNC Strip Flame Cutting Machine

The attached six photos record several variations of Wuxi JACK CG-series CNC Flame Cutting Machine application at customer site.

1. Transformations and Application of CNC-CG Series CNC Plate Flame Cutting Machine:

1)  In CG Series flame CNC Plate Cutting Machine, cutting torch comes in three types:

a)  CNC control single torch: This is for the purpose of fulfilling flame shape cutting. Generally speaking, in one set of CNC Flame Cutting Machine, there are usually one to three sets of such cutting torch:

b) Flame Triple Cutting torch: This is for performing plate triple cutting with flame oxygen acetylene, so that making welding groove on edge of workpiece. In one set of machine for flame Cutting, there are usually one to three sets of such strip cutting torch. Also, sometimes there are specifically triple flame CNC Plate Cutting Machine. c) Flame Strip Cutting torch: This is for carrying out plate strip cutting, dividing the carbon steel plates into several pieces of long narrow boards. Same as triple cutting, there are also full purpose machine. Please check product section of “High Efficiency machine with Flexible Size”. In one set of CNC Cutting Machine, the standard configuration is nine sets of strip cutting torches. Shown in below photos:

2) Application of CNC-CG Series CNC Plate Flame Cutting Machine:

a) Gantry driving form:  CNC Strip Flame Cutting Machine adopts with single drive and or double drive for its frame gantry moving along longitudinal rails. The CNC Cutting Machine has steadily running, good configuration, high productivity, which can be used for workpiece cutting out on carbon steel, Manganese Steel of small, medium and large size;

b) Quantity of strip cutting torches in machine can be flexibly made based on customer demand, so is the case with CNC control single torch for plate shape cutting;

2. Technical Specialties of CNC-CG Series CNC Flame Cutting Machine:

1) Horizontal mechanical gantry beam of Wuxi JACK CNC Plate Cutting Machine:  (Fig.8)

a) Process Technology:  It is made of square tube which are welded into shape, with characteristic of good strength and rigidity, high precision, light deadweight, and little inertia;

b) Mechanical Property:  All the welding structure members of Wuxi JACK CNC Cutting Machine are processed with de-stressing treatment by means of vibration aging, effectively avoiding the occurrence of structural deformation in the machine;

2) Longitudinal and transverse driving and transmission of CNC Flame Cutting Machine:

a) Both directions movement are transmitted with seven grade precision gear and rack. Transverse parallel guiderails are top grade heavy duty precise linear guiderail:

b) Longitudinal traveling rails of machine are deployed with special made precisely machined steel rails, fully making sure steadily movement of the entire set of machine during cutting process, durable and with good appearance:

c) Servo motor reducers of both way movement are also top level planetary gear reducer, which can perfectly ensure precision and balance of machine movement:

3) Oxygen and Cutting gas system in Wuxi JACK CNC Flame Cutting Machine:  (Fig.12)

a) This is the energy source for flame cutting in the machine. It is composed of gas tubes, control valves, central supplying panel;

b) In CNC Flame Cutting Machine, the gas system is controlled integrally, with pressure valve, pressure gauge, gas tube and corresponding accessories deployed along entire passage of gas circuit;

c) The high intensity heat proof gas tubes are fed to cutting torches. There is flashback arrester equipped with each passage of gas circuit, fully guaranteeing on safe and reliable gas supply in the machine.
