Feature of CNC-CG5000 Model CNC Strip Flame Plasma Cutting Machine: 

The 5m cutting width double drive model machine is the counterpart of 4m cutting width single drive model machine, in the product family of CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine.

1. Function and Technical Specialties of CNC Strip Plasma Flame Cutting Machine:

1) Outline:  In a nut shell, this machine adopts thermal plate cutting of both flame plate cutting and plasma plate cutting, to fulfil the job of plate shape cutting and plate strip cutting, on the raw material of single piece in the max. width of 4,200mm;

2) Mechanical Property:  All the structure members of CNC-CG5000 model machine mechanical main body are heat treated with de-stressing and annealing, making its sufficient strength;

3) Gantry Drive:  Double drive mode for its motorized gantry moving makes stable and reliable cutting process of the machine;

4) Precise linear guideway of the parallel cutting rails makes smooth movement of flame plasma CNC Plate Cutting Machine motorized gantry, and hence finished product of high precision:

2. Cutting Utilities of CNC Strip Flame Plasma Cutting Machine:

1) The working site for this flame and plasma machine should has provision on gas supply for flame plate cutting and plasma plate cutting of:

Workshop Utility Request of CNC Plate Cutting Machine gas supply:

a)  Preheating Oxygen pressure is 0.5 ~ 1 MPa;

b)  Cutting Oxygen pressure is 1.0 ~ 1.2 MPa;

c)   Acetylene or Propane pressure is 0.25 MPa;

d)  Compressed air available for plasma power supply;

2) Distribution of oxygen and cutting gas (Acetylene and or Propane) from workshop to cutting torches of this flame and plasma machine is by way of gas panel and gas supplying bus bar, with the capacity of five cylinders of Oxygen, five cylinders of Acetylene or Propane, relief valve, check valve, and pressure gauge.
