1) As its name suggests, this CNC Plate Cutting and Drilling Machine is the combination of CNC Plasma Cutting Machine and CNC Plate Drilling Machine, integrating function of plate cutting and drilling in the working principle of thermal cutting and mechanical drilling;

2. Structure and Main Units of CNC Plate Cutting Machine with Drilling Function:

1) Please check attached picture and sketch. This machine has the structure of gantry moving along its rails. The extended version is there is a set of drilling cooling system at non-working side of the gantry beam:

2) Role: To have better environment protection, ventilation system of fume extractor is put alongside working platform of the machine, to dissipate fumes generated in the process of thermal cutting and drilling;

3) Water Cooling System in CNC Plate Cutting and Drilling Machine:

a) This system is used for cooling the drilling head during working period;

b) Spraying type system is used for drilling cooling in the process of work. It includes tanks for coolant cutting fluid, hydraulic valve, pump, spraying system, etc.;

4) Plasma power supply is put on the gantry of this CNC Plasma Cutting Machine and moves along with the gantry during work;

5) Workpiece Clamp Unit in CNC Plate Cutting and Drilling Machine:
