A. Usage and Development Background of Oxygen Fuel CNC Flame Cutting Machine:

1. Function of Oxygen Fuel Flame CNC Plate Cutting Machine:

1) In the product family of CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine, there are two major types of thermal cutting technology:

a) Flame cutting --- CNC control, strip cutting, triple cutting;

b) Plasma cutting --- CNC control on shape cutting only;

2) Wide Use: Both are basic and indispensable first operation equipment in manufacturing industry, for performing diversified tasks on plate cutting and sometimes drilling. The machine can be seen at nearly every corner across industries and countries;

3) In application field of CNC Oxygen Fuel Cutting Machine, the main tasks this series of product can complete include:

2. Metal Plate Applicable for Flame Cutting with CNC Strip Plate Flame Cutting Machine:

1) Size Range: The metal plate to be cut range from the smallest specification of 1,500mm width by 3,000mm length, to the largest size of 9,200mm width by 15,000mm length (Or even longer);

2)“Standard” Model: Among these the standard size of machine is 4,000mm width by 15,000mm length, which we will introduce here;

3) Advantages: Metal plate cutting is the first step in all process technology. Before the introduction of machine on shape cutting, this step was carried out by hand, which was low efficiency, with inferior and unstable cutting quality. With the automation of metal plate cutting with this machine, this step becomes far more productive, high standard and consistent quality.

1. The No.1 Selling Volume of CNC-CG4000 Model:

1) This is the basic configuration model of CNC Flame Cutting Machine, also one of the widely selected. In certain respect, this model can be viewed as “standard product”, because this model covers the largest group of customer demand: nearly all the customers without special requirement, (Such as wider cutting size or more cutting torches) find this model useful for them:

2. Implication on Model CNC-CG4000 CNC Oxygen Fuel Cutting Machine:

Generally speaking, product model represents the critical specifications of that group of machines:

1)“CG” Stands for “Gas Cutting”, it is Chinese language abbreviation;

2)“4000” Means “Rail span of 4000mm” (4m), this represents cutting width of machine;

3)“Single Drive” Refers to “One side of the machine gantry movement is powered with servo motor, and the other side is idle running”. For machine with rail span 4000mm and less, this is a feasible proposal;

4) All of machine models have its denotation in this fashion;

5) Single and Double Drive Models: For rail span 4,000mm and less, for example, 3,000mm, single drive can meet demand of majority applications. So, the default setting of these Flame CNC Plate Cutting Machine is single drive. Customers who need extreme high precision of cutting can stipulate double drive specifically. Nowadays, since the year 2015, all of Wuxi JACK CNC-CG4000 model are equipped with double drive, to provide top grade precision and stability

3.  Application of CNC-CG4000 Oxygen Fuel Flame CNC Plate Cutting Machine:

1) The CG4000 model machine integrates functions of CNC control flame cutting for plate shape cutting, and plate strip cutting;

2) This CNC-CG4000 model is the basic and indispensable machine in nearly all the steel structure facilities. From the viewpoint of flame shape cutting, this model machine can cut out metal plate, most majority is carbon steel, into various required contour and size;

5) Flame cutting torch servo motor drive moving carriage and torch lifter, assistant function elements of automatic ignitor and capacitance type torch height controller:

1) Oxygen and cutting gas (Acetylene or Propane) regulating panel: (Fig.8)

1) CNC control cutting torches are installed at front side (Gantry moving direction) of gantry horizontal beam;

2) Strip cutting torches are installed at rear side of horizontal beam;

3) CNC controller and operating panel are installed at left side of gantry, convenient for operator job;

4) Cables and cutting gas tubes are laying through drag chain and hang racks respectively, flexible for movement along with cutting torch movement.
