2) Operation Features of Flame Plasma Large CNC Cutting Machine:
a) Large models machines are basically applied for shape cutting, or called profile cutting, and flame triple cutting. As can be observed from the above photos, there is seldom strip cutting torches to be equipped in these large machines:
b) Shape cutting on carbon steel plates, with Wuxi JACK Large CNC Cutting Machine: (Fig.3)
c) Wuxi JACK CNC-CG6000 model Oxygen fuel Large CNC Cutting Machine, equipped with 3 groups of triple cutting torches: (Fig.4)
1. Function: CNC machine realizes automatic cutting on metal plate in batches, making consistent and uniform delivery of workpieces with whatever required quantity. Together with Press Brake and Shearing Machine, these three machines are the basic and requisite equipment in modern manufacturing facilities;
2. Put into Use: Flame Plasma Large CNC Cutting Machine is used for plate profile cutting of large width carbon steel plates (Wider than 5,000mm), or two pieces of narrow plates at the same time. 1) Cutting Super Large Integral piece of Steel Plate:
Some industries involve processing of steel plates with excessive width. For example, Shipbuilding, Port Machinery, Bay Bridge, etc.;
2) Saving Steel Plates Handling Cycle Time:
To save loading/ unloading time of metal plates into and out of machine, customers expect to cut two pieces of standard size (Three to four meters width) metal plates at the same time in one batch;
3) Cutting Several Pieces of Short Length Steel Plates in a Row:
When the raw material of steel plates have length at around the same size as valid cutting width of machine, for example, for CNC-CG8000 model Large CNC Flame Plasma Cutting Machine, of 8,000mm cutting rail span, 7,200mm length of steel plates, lay several pieces of such carbon steel plates in 90° turning positioning on machine cutting table, and cut the steel plates with one time machine operation, thus saving more supporting time: Load/ Unload/ Call Program of machine.
