1. Main Equipment: To raise H Beam fabrication efficiency, technical proposal of this product proposes 2 sets of PHJ or ZHJ model 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine, supplemented with 1 group of Hydraulic drive 90° Overturning Equipment installed in the middle. Please check the above layout;
1) The 1st set of PHJ or ZHJ model Beam Steel Fabrication Machine fabricates the 1st piece of web and flange, into ⊥ beam, or named T Beam;
2) Then, the ⊥ beam is flipped 90° in the hydraulic drive overturning equipment;
3) Then the WIP workpiece is sent to the 2nd set of PHJ or ZHJ model 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine, and fabricated with the 2nd piece of flange;
4) In this respect, this product is new version of more versatile and powerful H Beam Production Line;
2) As indicated in the above photo, there is a set of CNC Plate Cutting Machine ahead of the PHJ or ZHJ model 3 in 1 H Beam Steel Fabrication Machine;
3) The CNC Plate Cutting Machine is for providing raw materials flange and web to the 1st set of 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine;
1) At the working zone of this complex H Beam Steel Structure Production Line, the flange and web will be first made into welding T Beam;
3) And adding on the 2nd piece of web, making WIP (Working In Process) into the finished H Beam;
Compared with conventional heavy duty H Beam Steel Structure Production Line, this compact H Beam Steel Structure Production Line has below values for customers:
