CNC-CG4000 single drive model machine is like “Swiss Army Knife” in the product family of CNC-CG series machine:
It incorporates function of:
1) CNC Strip Flame Plate Cutting Machine;
2) CNC Plasma Plate Cutting Machine;
3) CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine;
into one comprehensive equipment, which can meet the demand of extensive applicating scenario.
This CNC-CG4000 model machine can finish the tasks of:
a) Cutting capacity of thickness is denoted by customer, and related model of plasma power supply of the machine will be selected based on it;
b) Generally speaking, there are one to two sets of plasma cutting torches equipped in a set of 4,000mm span machine for plasma cutting, with one cutting torch manipulated with one set of power supply respectively;
a) Standard configuration is two sets of CNC control single cutting torches installed in a 4,000mm span machine. Definite quantity is depended on customer request: It can be more than two sets or one set only;
b) Flexible flame and plasma cutting both: In flame plasma CNC Plate Cutting Machine, the CNC flame cutting torch can share the same carriage with plasma cutting torch. Which means, one set of moving carriage can be switched between flame shape cutting and plasma shape cutting, during running period, with both types of cutting torches installed;
a) Standard configuration in a set of machine is nine sets of strip cutting torch. Its quantity can be more or less than nine sets of torches based on customer requirement;
b) Strip plate cutting can cut out several pieces of finished products of different width at the same time from the machine, which is very efficient.
There are several optional units to choose from, which can make this machine more powerful and have the ability to deliver high standard output:
1) Auto Ignitor for starting up Oxygen flame cutting: (Fig.4)
This unit starts on flame cutting process automatically in a machine. Without it, cutting gas needs to be ignited by hand;
2) Arc voltage type Cutting Torch Height Controller for plasma cutting: (Fig.5)
Usage: This is a very useful unit for the CNC Plasma Cutting Machine: When cutting a piece of metal plate with uneven surface (This is a common issue on carbon steel plates, especially on large size), the distance between cutting tip and carbon steel plate will varies all the time, which will bring great negative impact on cutting quality;
3) Nesting Software in CNC Plate Cutting Machine: (Fig.6)
a) The most salient advantage of nesting software is it can design and simulate layout of cutting workpieces on metal plate ahead of time, which can save programming time, and utilize the steel plate, eliminate scraps in the greatest degree;
b) In this sense, it is very useful for raising and keeping running quality and efficiency.
