1) In the first photo, this set of Z15 Self Alignment automatic assembling H Beam Assembly Machine with manual tack welding was taken at a newly set up H Beam Production Line;
2) As you may find from the first photo, there is a set of CG4000 CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine at the back side of this H Beam Assembling Machine raw material coming inlet, the previous station of the H Beam Assembling Machine, for producing raw material of the machine: Strip plates used as flange and web of welding H Beam
(Fig.1,2)
This Z15 H Beam Assembling and Tack Welding Machine works in following steps for producing a piece of welding H Beam:
1) Assembles flange and web one piece each into ⊥ shape beam first, with the help from automatic assembling self alignment unit of the H Beam Assembling Machine;
2) Meanwhile, together with the automatic assembling process performed in the machine, carry out CO2 spot welding by operators, making the workpiece a piece of semi finished product T Beam of the I Beam Assembly Machine: (Fig.3)
3) Overturn the T Beam 180° and load it into the Z15 H Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine again;
4) Then assembles the second piece of flange onto the ⊥ shape beam, making it turned into 工shape beam, or H Beam, also with the assist from the automatic assembling self alignment unit equipped in the H Beam Assembly Machine;
5) At same time, implements the second time manual CO2 spot welding for the other two pieces of welding seams by operators: (Fig.4)
Accordingly, supply range of Z15 Self Alignment automatic H Beam Assembly machine with manual tack welding does not include:
a) Its removal is due to in control system of the H Beam Assembly machine, PLC (Programmable logic controller) plays the roles of controlling automatic CO2 spot welding process: (Fig.5)
b) Now, with the CO2 spot welding implemented by manual work, PLC is not necessary to be equipped in this set of H Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine any more;
a) In automatic CO2 spot welding, the inverter works together with PLC to manage adjustable travel and welding speed of H Beam welding: (Fig.6)
b) And in the H Beam Assembly machine with manual tack welding, the workpiece travels in constant speed, and hence no need on being equipped with inverter either;
a) Different from PLC and inverter, it does not mean manual CO2 spot welding does not need the corresponding welding power supply in the H Beam Assembly Machine: (Fig.7)
b) Instead, without considering integration of welding power supply into control system of the automatic H Beam Assembly machine with manual tack weld, common practice is, customer prepare the CO2 welding power supplies by themselves, which can be shared from other workstations in a steel structure facility. Usually at such facilities, CO2 welding power supply is one of the frequent used and basic unit for equipment including H Beam Assembly Machine;
4) The above three reasons contribute to, that why a set of Self Alignment automatic H Beam Assembly machine with manual tack welding has 10% lower price than that of the H Beam Assembling Machine with automatic CO2 spot welding version;
5) Complement: For introduction on self alignment automatic assembling in the equipment, please check product section of “Z18 Self Alignment H Beam Assembling Machine with Automatic Tack Welding”.
