2.  Brief on Alignment of Flanges and Web with Z series High Precision H Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine:

1) Hydraulic Drive on Assembly Process: Due to the heavy force necessary, positioning and alignment of flanges and web in this I Beam Assembly Machine is driven with hydraulic transmission, with both sides clamped and aligned synchronously, ensuring precise control on web and flange of H Beam with various specifications:

3. Brief on Automatic Spot Welding unit of Z18 High Precision H Beam Assembly Machine:

1) Welding Arc Tracing Unit of Z18 H Beam Assembly Machine:

The welding arc tracing unit of automatic spot welding system in Z18 model machine is driven with light duty oil cylinder, no need to use compressed air;

2) CO₂ Welding Power Supply of Z18 H Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine:

a) Brand of the CO₂ welding power supply equipped in the machine has two options of Chinese domestic HUAYUAN NB-350, and Japan Panasonic KR-350; (Please check below sketches)
