Z18 Self Alignment H Beam Assembly Machine with Automatic Tack Welding

The Z18 H Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine of the first photo was taken at a customer site, during its installation and commissioning stage. You can find its main driving motor, hydraulic pump station and control board along the main frame of the H Beam Assembly Machine.

2.     Brief on Alignment of Flanges and Web with Z series High Precision H Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine:

1)      Due to the heavy force necessary, positioning and alignment of flanges and web in this I Beam Assembly Machine is driven with hydraulic transmission, with both sides clamped and aligned synchronously, ensuring precise control on web and flange of H Beam with various specifications: (Fig.4) 

2)      In this High Precision H Beam Assembly Machine, automatic alignment is accurate, for the batch of workpieces with same specification, no need to make adjustment every time (Eccentric roller is used for inching adjustment, see below sketch): (Fig.5)

3)      During operation of the Z series self alignment High Precision I Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine, the stopping racks driven with hydraulic system at the edge of H Beam play the role of ensuring perfect alignment on edge of web and flanges: (Fig.6) 

3.     Brief on Automatic Spot Welding unit of the Z18 High Precision H Beam Assembly Machine:

1)      Arc Tracing unit of the Z18 H Beam Assembly Machine:

The arc tracing unit of automatic spot welding system in this High Precision H Beam Assembly and Tack Weld Machine is driven with light duty oil cylinder, no need to use compressed air;

2)      CO₂ Welding Power Supply of the Z18 H Beam Assembly and Tack Welding Machine:

a)       Brand of the CO₂ welding power supply equipped in the Z series H Beam Assembly Machine has two options of Chinese domestic HUAYUAN NB-350, and Japan Panasonic KR-350; (Please check below sketches)

b)      Both the brands have stable performance which have being tested and validated thru long period using, rendering reliable performance of the I Beam Assembly Machine;

c)       The HUAYUAN NB-350 has 40% less quotation than the Japan Panasonic KR-350.
