1) Hydraulic Drive on Assembly Process: Due to the heavy force necessary, positioning and alignment of flanges and web in this I Beam Assembly Machine is driven with hydraulic transmission, with both sides clamped and aligned synchronously, ensuring precise control on web and flange of H Beam with various specifications:

2) Precise Assembly Guarantee: In this High Precision H Beam Assembly Machine, automatic alignment is accurate, for the batch of workpieces with same specification, no need to make adjustment every time (Eccentric roller is used for inching adjustment, see below sketch):

The welding arc tracing unit of automatic spot welding system in Z18 model machine is driven with light duty oil cylinder, no need to use compressed air;
a) Brand of the CO2 welding power supply equipped in the machine has two options of Chinese domestic HUAYUAN NB-350, and Japan Panasonic KR-350; (Please check below sketches)
