RH-3000 High Efficiency Plate Edge Rounding Machine for Port Machinery

1. Background of RH3000 Plate Edge Deburring Rounding Machine:

1) Customer: The RH3000 High Power Edge Rounding and Deburring Machine shown in the attached pictures, is we produced for a famous Chinese Port Machinery client ZPMC located in Shanghai;

2)  Application: This model is the largest standard model of RH series machine for customers from Port Machinery, Shipbuilding, Bridge industry and T Beam production.

2. Benefits of RH3000 Plate Edge Rounding Machine Brought to Customers:

1) Painting Adhesion Capability Raised from RH3000 Plate End Plate Trimming Machine:

a) Raising Painting Performance: With the R2.5mm external round deburred and trimmed on the 4 corners of plate, which goes thru this RH3000 model machine, the steel plates to be used as raw materials for port machine production have much better painting adhesion;

b) Benefit: This is critical process control in the building up Port Machineries, which work in the surroundings with inevitable access on huge amount of water and moisture: The corruption or spoilage of painting usually originates from sharp angles of steel plate;

4. Characteristics of RH3000 Automatic Plate Edge Rounding and Deburring Machine:

1)  Applicable Workpieces: For the workpiece of Max. 3000 mm width, the target rounding angle of R2.5mm poses higher and stricter demand on precision of its delivered finished products;

3) Edge Rounding Rollers: In central working area of the RH3000 Plate Edge Rounding Machine, two pairs of finely machined rounding rollers, (Left and right, up and down, totally four pieces) are manipulated with both the 4 sets of vertical acting oil cylinders for major movement, and 2 sets of horizontal oil cylinder for inching management, thus in turn making precise positioning and operation of these rounding rollers:

4) Working Velocity: During working period of the machine, rounding and deburring usually is performed in constant speed of 7200mm/min., which is truly highly efficient;

5) Besides, this working speed can be made into variable style also. For example, the RH3000 model machine shown in attached picture has the adjustable rounding velocity scope of 3000 ~ 12000 mm/min., depending on required TAKT time of its production line.
