1. Where Sees Application of CNC Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machine:
1) Background: In the field of LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas) tank production/ Oil and Gas Pipeline/ Stadium Steel Structure Construction... etc. There exists huge amount of steel pipes, of varying diameters and lengths, that should be fabricated into wide variety of finished branches components;
2) Contribution: These fabricated branches are made from pipes that have been gone through cut and beveling on its both sides ends, intermediate pipe bodies... in the CNC Pipe Intersection Cutting Machine;
3) Working Parts: Half finished pipe branches fabricated from workpieces of the machine: (Fig.1)
2. Main Functions of 6 Axis CNC-CP-3000/9 CNC Pipe Cutting Machine:
In this respect, any set of the machine has 2 main functions of:
1) Pipe fixed length cut off: Any piece of workpiece steel pipe can be cut into segments in expected length;
2) Certain Angle Beveling: Besides straight edge, the distinguished feature is its ability of angle beveling and grooving:
3) Cutting kerf in slant angle delivered from Wuxi JACK Flame and Plasma CNC Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machine: (Fig.2)
4) Typical library of pipe branch products, on the basis of finished workpieces from the machine: (Fig.3)
3. Applicable Workpieces Specification of 6 Axis CNC-CP-3000/9 CNC Pipe Intersection Cutting Machine:
1) Diameter Scope of Pipe：
From Φ500 to Φ3000mm;
Note:
a) Small wall thickness corresponds to small diameter;
b) Which means, it should be that: The smaller the diameter of the pipe, the smaller its wall thickness;
2) Applicable Pipe Thickness Range: 5.0 ~ 50.0mm for flame cutting;
3) Applicable Pipe Length: 1.0 ~ 9.0m;

B. Control Axis of CNC-CP-3000/9 6 Axis Flame and Plasma Large CNC Pipe Cutting Machine:
This is a set of 6 Axis CNC machine, which can be illustrated clearly in below 2 design sketches:
1. Y/ Y/ Z/ A/ B Axis in Wuxi JACK 6 Axis CNC Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machine: (Fig.5)
1) X Axis: For performing cutting torch movement along longitudinal travel stroke. For this
model of CNC-CP3000/9 machine, its max. stroke is 9300mm;
2) Y Axis: For controlling pipe revolving. The corresponding revolving linear speed is 80 ~ 3000mm/min. This is fulfilled with servomotor drive;
3) Z Axis: For managing cutting torch vertical stroke, based on different diameters of pipes. The related max. stroke is 2450mm;
4) A Axis: For realizing cutting torch swing along longitudinal way of the pipe. The corresponding swing scope is in the range of ±45°;
5) B Axis: For managing cutting torch swing along traverse way of the pipe. In CNC-CP models CNC Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machine, the corresponding swing scope is in the range of ±45°;
2. U Axis in Wuxi JACK CNC-CP Series 6 Axis Pipe CNC Cutting Machine: (Fig.6)
As indicated in the above illustration:
1) U Axis: This is for managing on distance of lateral movement of friction rollers supporting racks;
2) Purpose: This is for catering for different diameters Φ800mm, or Φ1500mm, which is suitable for different diameters of vessel;

C. CNC and Control System in CNC-CP-3000/9 6 Axis Flame and Plasma Large CNC Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machine:
1. CNC Controller of CNC Pipe Cutting Machine:
Dedicated use F6000 CNC controller specifically applied in CNC pipe cutting: (Fig.8)
1) Language: Support Chinese and English, and other common languages;
2) G Code and M Function programming for completing simple working parts;
3) Protocol: Support Ether CAT protocol;
4) Interface: Standard and extended I/O ports;
5) Operation: Parametric and customized processing technology, touch screen soft function keys, as well as remote control;
6) Cutting Speed: Support automatic adjustment of flame and plasma cutting speed, based on thickness of pipes laid on the CNC Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machine;
7) Plasma Grooving: Support plasma arc groove angle deviation correction;
8) 3D Model: 3D view on workpieces pipe, which can be rotated real time, so that operators can observe cutting trajectory 360°, during running period;
9) Service: All functions and processes of the CNC control system can be upgraded online, eliminating customers concerning on after sale service of the Pipe CNC Cutting Machine;
10) Multiple Cutting Modes: Support oxygen gas/ plasma/ demo and laser 4 kinds of cutting mode, to be fulfilled in the machine;
2. Electric Control System of CNC-CP Series CNC Pipe Intersection Cutting and Beveling Machine:
1) CNC as Core: Benefitting from powerful function of CNC controller, the remaining parts of electric control system of the machine is relatively simple and concise: All the functions and actions of the machine are controlled by way of CNC controlling station;
2) Concise and Compact Control Board and Cable Routing: This also helps the entire electric control system reduced to the minimum level, and the least degree of interference on cable routing.

1. Operating on Wuxi JACK CNC-CP-3000/9 Flame and Plasma Large Pipe CNC Cutting Machine: (Fig.9)
1) Ladder: There is an aerial passage of 4m height, installed alongside the entire length zone of this set of large CNC Pipe Cutting Machine, with ladders for accessing;
2) Operating Station: Shown in the above photo, CNC control station and operating panel, are installed on this aerial passage, so that operator will operate working of this large machine in the 4m air;
3) The advantages of such arrangement lie in: Safe, convenient, and the best angle of view. Operator can monitor the entire operating process without any hinderance, during running period;
2. Managing on Cutting Large Diameter Pipes in Wuxi JACK Large CNC Pipe Intersection Cutting and Beveling Machine: (Fig.10)
1) Shown in the above integrated photo, there is an aerial extended walkway of short distance, for operators climbing onto the large diameter workpiece pipe;
2) So that operators can check and deal with cutting job implemented in the machine.
