As its name suggests, the LHC I Beam Gantry Welding Equipment is applied to be used in automatic H Beam Production line, as you can observe from the attached photos.
The layout of 2 sets of LHC in automatic H Beam Line: (Fig.1)
As closure of introduction on LHC model machine for H Beam submerged arc welding, there are some points for attention for its installation, usage and maintenance (This is true for the LHA gantry model, and LHT T frame model machine also):
For maintaining good quality SAW of the LHC machine, the electricity utility in workshop should meet the requirement of:
a) Voltage fluctuation under rated frequency should be equal to or less than ±10%;
b) Frequency fluctuation under rated voltage should be equal to or less than ±2%;
a) We provide foundation drawing for the LHA gantry type, LHT T style, and LHC column style models equipment;
b) For such kind of SAW H Beam machine, reliable and firm fitness of the rail for trolley movement is very important. They should be secured onto workshop floor with anchor bolts;
a) Make sure rail joints are located on the lining boards of machine foundation. Adjust level and distance between rails, no clearance between joints:

b) Levelness of rail on the trolley platform should be kept within ≤0.5mm for the whole length of the LHC machine;
c) Adjust clearance of rail joints at transverse carriage, welding arm and moving trolley, making clearance between eccentric rollers and rail equal to and or less than 0.3mm,with flexible motion of no blockage;
d) Adjust clearance between rail of floating unit and cross slides, making it flexible and with no looseness. Then adjust spring pressure on the floating unit to proper tightness;
e) Adjust clearance between the two pairs of eccentric rollers and moving rail of the LHC H Beam Welding Machine, guaranteeing flexible movement of trolley, no blockage or crawling.
a) For these LHC model (As well as LHT and LHA models), during its daily operation, there are two kinds of consumables of high volume consumption:
i. Welding flux of SAW process;
ii. Welding wire --- For submerged arc welding, it is solid wire of size φ3.2mm ~ φ5mm;
b) For welding wire spool replacement and welding flux replenishment, please drive the welding arm transversely to the location close to column, and perform the replace work on the platform. (This is for the purpose of keep balance on the machine to the best degree):

2) All the above mentioned is very important for precise management of the machine with stable performance.
