The attached six pieces of combined photos reflect on the multifarious CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine which Wuxi JACK have delivered for customers over the past decades. In this product section, we will have a short review on all kinds of CNC Plate Cutting machine as a machine group.
1) It can be divided into two broad categories of CNC Plasma Plate Cutting Machine and CNC Flame Plate Cutting Machine. Both two are the basic and indispensable first operation equipment in manufacturing industry, for performing on diversified plate cutting (Sometimes drilling). The machine can be seen at nearly every corner across industries and countries;
2) The main tasks this series of machine can complete include:
a) Shape cutting, or profile cutting, CNC control, of Oxygen fuel flame;
b) Strip cutting, by means of flame strip cutting torches, without the necessary of CNC control;
c) Edge beveling, by means of flame triple cutting torches;
d) Drilling hole, with Wuxi JACK featured product CNC Plate Cutting and Drilling machine

c) Extensive Size Range: The workpieces to be cut in the machine range from the smallest specification of 1,500mm width by 3,000mm length, to the largest size of 15m width by 15m length (Or even longer). Among these the standard size of the machine is 4,000mm width by 15m length, corresponding with CNC-CG4000 model;
1) Sheet metal plate cutting is the first step in all process technology. Before the introduction of this machine, this step was made by hand, which was low efficiency, with inferior and unstable cutting quality;
2) With the automation of metal plate cutting in the machine, this step becomes far more productive, high standard and consistent quality.
1. Machine Structure: Both CNC Plasma Plate Cutting Machine and CNC Flame Plate Cutting Machine work in the way of mechanical skeleton equipped with cutting system of either Oxyacetylene or plasma power supply, and controlled with CNC system;
2. The mechanical skeleton is most majority in gantry moving type, which moves in the cutting speed during work, fulfilling on plate cutting along lengthwise direction:

3. Occasionally the CNC Plate Cutting Machine work in the style of table type or underwater type, for meeting specific demand:

4. The flame and plasma cutting torches are installed on gantry beam of the CNC Strip Plate Cutting machine, and move in cutting speed during working, fulfilling plate cutting along transverse direction:

5. Cutting Torch Operation:
1) The elevation of these cutting torches is driven with A.C. motors, depending on thickness of workpiece, and requirement of cutting process technology;
2) This up and down movement of cutting torches can be realized in two ways:
a) Either by human intervention of switch control,
b) Or by torch height controller;
3) The capacitance height controller is used in CNC Flame Plate Cutting machine, and arc voltage height controller is used in CNC Plasma Plate Cutting machine;

6. The cutting system of flame and plasma are equipped onto gantry beam of the machine:
