WJ40 is the larger one of the WJ-series hydraulic automatic Horizontal I Beam Straightening Machine, with max. straightening capacity of flange thickness 40mm:
WJ40 (And WJ25) hydraulic automatic horizontal H Beam Flange Straightening Machine is mainly composed of:
1) Machine base --- Working units support of the machine;
2) Main body --- It is in the style of one side fixed and one size movable, for accommodating to different H Beam web width;
3) Input and output roller table --- For loading in and out of the WJ series H Beam Flange Straightening Equipment;
4) Hydraulic station --- This horizontal equipment is also hydraulic drive, same as YTJ-series vertical position hydraulic H Beam Straightening Machine;
5) Electrical control system --- It is 380V/220V (Chinese national standard, can adapt to customer’s local regulation) power circuit, and contactor relay control circuit, in control system of WJ series horizontal I Beam Flange Straightening Machine;
1) Same as HYJ-40 mechanical automatic H Beam Straightening Machine, transmission system of WJ25 and WJ40 is adopted with 7.5KW motors and driven with cycloid gear speed reducer:
2) Different from HYJ-40 mechanical automated H Beam straightening machine, the quantity of transmission unit is two sets, instead of one set in HYJ-40.
1) WJ25/40 automatic hydraulic horizontal H Beam Straightening Machine have one machine base, which is used for installing main body:
2) This strong base is of welding structure with sufficient strength;
3) Railway of the machine base is precise machined.
1) Main body of WJ25/40 is one side stationary and the other side traveling, to cater for changed web width of welding H Beam:

1) The main drive roller is driven with hydraulic cylinder. It can move along horizontal direction accommodating flange height change;
2) The top straightening roller also can travel along horizontal direction. That is, roller distance can be adjusted with respect to different flange width:
1) For the purpose of user friendly operation, the WJ25/ 40 hydraulic horizontal I Beam Straightening Machine is equipped with operating panel on its main body (Approximating to straightening section), and pendant (For remote control):
2) Compared with the T cavity in YTJ&HYJ series hydraulic and mechanical H Beam Flange Straightening Machine, the two cavities of WJ25&40 are rotated 90°CW and CCW respectively at left and right side of straightening units:
3) For this reason, in WJ25&40 horizontal H Beam Straightening Machine, the three pieces of straightening rollers should be called as two Interior rollers and one Exterior roller, contrast with two pieces of top rollers and one piece of bottom roller in HYJ&YTJ vertical H Beam Flange Straightening Machine;
4) In the process of straightening, H Beam is sent into the straightening cavities of the WJ Horizontal I Beam Straightening Machine;
5) Its both sides flanges are produced with plastic deformation acted with the force from the two sets of interior straightening rollers;
6) Meanwhile, the exterior straightening roller holds against external surface of flange firmly, and revolves at the same time, making the H Beam got straightened continuously along its entire length, and is sent forward simultaneously;
7) This accomplishes task of H Beam straightening of both sides flanges in phase in the WJ Horizontal H Beam Straightening Machine.
