2)     The HLK Bolt Adjustment Light duty Welding Turning Roll:

a)     Advantage of this type of small size Light duty Welding Roller Bed is its relative lower purchasing cost, and maintaining cost, compared with HGK;

b)     Disadvantage is the HLK Bolt Adjustment Welding Rotator can only be used for welding several grades of workpiece diameter, within the rated workpiece specification (Usually 4 or 5 grades of applicable workpiece diameter): (Fig.1) 

3)     Conclusion on the Two Models of Light duty Weld Rotator:

1)      For working site with numerous diameters of workpiece, customer should go for the HLK Leadscrew Adjustment of Light duty Welding Rolling Bed;

2)      For Working site with only several options of workpiece diameter, the HLK series Bolt Adjustment Light duty Welding Rotator is better choice for customer.

3.     Application Tips of the HLK series Light duty Welding Rolling Bed with Bolt Adjusting:

1)      Due to its relative small size, these Light duty Welding Turning Roll are sometimes put onto the worktable or working station, from the perspective of getting best ergonomics condition for operator of the Welding Rotator: (Fig.2) 

2)      This Light duty Welding Rotator can be made into traveling type Welding Rolling Bed, if application site needs;

3)Despite its small loading tonnage, these small portable Light duty Welding Roller Bed are sometimes adopted with full steel Welding Turning Roll; Please check below picture, it is a Welding Turning Roll for a set of 2Ton Light duty Welding Rotator. Compared with rubber Welding Turning Roll, the full steel Welding Turning Roll applied in the Welding Rotator has merit of long service life, no need to be replaced every 2~3years: (Fig.3)
