A. Usage of 5 Axis 2000/12 Cut and Beveling Thermal CNC Pipe Cutting Machine:

1. This model of CNC Pipe Cutting Machine can be described as “Medium level” and “Middle Size”: Medium level control complication of 5 axis, which can meet most majority of cutting beveling, and middle size range of workpiece pipe, which covers the largest percentage of workpieces, in practical application field of thermal gas pipe cutting;

2. For this reason, this model of 5 Axis 2000/12 model machine has very extensive application. Compared with counterpart in the same pipe specification: The 7 Axis 2000/12 model, this 5 Axis model is very cost effective: About 8% lower quotation than the 7 Axis 2000/12 specification machine;

3. Same as the model of 7 Axis 2000mm model, this model of 5 Axis 2000mm specification machine is the completion for filling the workpiece size vacancy between 1400mm grade and 3000mm grade, in product line of CP series Cut and Beveling CNC Pipe Intersection Cutting Machine.

1) As shown in the attached photos and the above photo, the middle size 2000/12 model machine adopts with 2 arrays of friction rollers;

2) Compared with chuck claw type in 600mm specification model, such loading way on pipe is convenient and time saving (Fig.2)

2. Cutting Torch Orientation in CNC Pipe Intersection Cutting Machine: (Fig.3)

1) Shown in the above photo, to have optimum pipe cutting quality and efficiency delivered from the machine, cutting torch position is always kept 12 o’ clock position, facing to the straight downward direction;

2) This is realized with Y axis pipe rotation, in the control system of 5 axis CNC machine.

With the development of CP series CNC machine, its training and operation becomes more and more standardized, easy and convenient:

3) Just input expected dimension parameters of the pipes, can the precise and tailor made spatial profile cutting program created immediately, and hence the accurate workpieces can be cut in the machine;

4) In this way, it is not necessary to employ additional office PC and programming personnel specifically, for running of the CNC machine.
