1. Novel Perspective on ZHJ and PHJ Series 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine:

1) Two sets of mechanical main frames of ZHJ8015 I Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral Machine were standing at a corner of Wuxi JACK workshop for demonstration,

Without installating in I Beam Fabrication Machine the working units of:

a) Function units: Hydraulic Pump station/ Electric board/ SAW Power supply;

b) Welding supporting units: Welding flux hopper/ Recycling unit/ Wire feeder;

c) Operating Station: Operating panel/ Control console of SAW Power supply/ Small pendant;

2) This gives us a novel perspective on central working cells (Assembling/ Welding/ Straightening) in spatial view, which can help us gaining better understanding on working principle of this 3 in 1 I Beam Fabrication Machine.



2. Central Working Space under Three Coordinate System, in ZHJ and PHJ Integrated Automatic H Beam Welding Machine:

1) Here we use base frame of PHJ integrated automatic SAW H Beam Welding Equipment for explanation. The 2nd and 3rd photos give different visual angle on its central workspace (Side view versus Front top view), at the different production stage (Commissioning versus Ready for Shipment), in the order to delivery loop of the PHJ Integrated SAW H Beam Welding Machine;

2) Let’s us put it into three coordinate system and have observation on the H Beam Fabrication Machine:

Standing at the material entry point (The middle bottom in the 3rd photo), and take it as coordinate origin. In the exact same orientation as photographer of the 3rd photo;

A three coordinate system can be set up in the SAW H Beam Welding Machine:

a) Make the material flowing direction toward straightening unit as positive side of X axis. Think about this: It is also time axis of machine operation;

b) Your hand rightward and leftward as positive and negative side of Y axis individually;

c) Your hand upward and downward as positive and negative side of Z axis individually;

3) So, what are positions of H Beam Welding Machine working units in the three coordinate system?

a) Time Axis of X in I Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral Machine:

 i. Assembling and welding mechanisms of the ZHJ& PHJ Automatic H Beam Welding Equipment are at the same coordinate position along X axis. This means, assembling and welding happen at the same time.;

 ii. Straightening unit is at larger positive position along X axis. So, straightening job is made next to assembling and welding;

b) Workpiece Length Direction of Z axis in 3 in 1 I Beam Fabrication Machine:

 i. Welding unit has higher positive position along Z axis than assembling unit --- So that the two simultaneous performed jobs will not clash with each other in physical space of the ZHJ and PHJ I Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral Machine;

 ii.  Assembling unit has same position with straightening unit along Z axis--- Because these two mechanisms are for making and dressing lengthwise direction of workpiece, at different point of time;

c) Workpiece Cross Section of Z axis in I Beam Fabrication Machine:

The three units of assembling/ welding/ straightening have same positive and negative symmetric positions along Y axis in symmetry --- Definitely, Y axis determines cross section effect of workpiece H Beam/ I Beam/ T Beam in the ZHJ and PHJ series 3 in 1 I Beam Fabrication Machine, which should be processed in symmetric style;

4) Illustration on H Beam Fabrication Machine:

a) The 4th photo, with a piece of T Beam in making, gives graphic representation on how does the assembling and welding units work in collaboration in this integrated SAW H Beam Welding Machine. The straightening unit is outside of screen and can not be seen;

b) The 5th and 6th photos show disassembling state(After painting) and assembling state (Before painting) of the central workspace with its top gantry respectively;
