1. This is a question once we encountered, when had business negotiation with a customer. The answer is, the machine should be made with foundation first, with foundation drawing from us, then install the machine bed into foundation;

Such facer blades are international standard type, which should be easily sourced in any industrial countries. 2. Cutter Head: At the delivery of machine, Wuxi JACK equip a piece of Φ200mm cutter head. We can also supply other specifications like Φ315mm if customer need;
3. Hydraulic and Mechanical Oil: Oil should be replaced regularly, based on Wuxi JACK suggestion in machine manual book, and customer running condition;

A There are 3 main parameters:

1. BOX Beam of side length 1200 ~ 1500mm, which are produced from 1200/ 1500 BOX Beam Production Line;
2. Medium to large pipe structural workpieces with diameter up to Φ3,000mm;
3. Cross Beam/ H Beam/ I Beam of 1,500m/1,8m/ 2,000mm up to 3,000mm side length, delivered from related steel structure Beam Production Line;
4. Any special designed end face metal structure workpieces, with the max. dimension of 3,000mm height.

1. Sufficient land area and workshop height, to accommodate on “huge” size of overall dimension machine frame, and height.
