1. The price of CNC machine is about 10% higher than counterpart (Refers to same stroke on horizontal and vertical end face milling) of conventional type, which mainly arises from CNC / servo driver and servo motors;
2. On the other hand, when customer need to process on irregular shape end face of workpieces, the 10% higher price will pay for within short time, benefitting from precision and productivity.

A Operator should command on the ability on operating CNC controller of the machine, including, but not limited to:

1. Being familiar with distribution of buttons/ switches/ interface ports/ function keys on the front panel of the CNC controller;
2. Call out part programs for carrying out end face milling from embedded library in CNC controller;
3. Modify on process control parameters of workpiece and operation based on practical condition, etc.
