    3, Price of PHJ is 5% higher than ZHJ counterpart.


  • Q What is Workshop Requirement on Installing 3 in 1 Vertical H Beam Welder Machine?

    1. 1) Workshop Land Space: H Beam Welding 3 in 1 Machine has compact dimension. For example, the No.1 selling volume model ZHJ15, one set of the machine occupies land area of: 41m length x 9m width = 360 m2;

    A Compared with H Beam Production Line, the advantages of 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Welding Machine not only reflected in period cost of investment budget and workshop floor, but also subsequent everyday operation:

  • Q Why there is Restriction on the Minimum Width of Plate for Butt Welding in Steel Plate Joining Butt Welding Machine, and how to Joint on Small Plates?

    1. 1) The conventional specification of the minimum width in Wuxi JACK steel Plate Flat Butt Welder machine is 300mm, and, it can be special designed according to customer demand, for example, 145mm for a Cambodia customer in Aug. 2025;
    2. 2) The reason is, the mechanism for holding on small plate is hydraulic drive pressing blocks, which are distributed in regular interval along butt welding table of machine. To secure firmly these small plates, there is limitation on the minimum width of plates;

  • Q What are Important Process Control Parameters, when Working on Sheet Metal Steel Plate Butt Welding Joining Machine?

    4. 4) Switch on supply of preheating oxygen/ cutting oxygen/ acetylene or propane and adjust its pressure based on thickness and chamfer type of the workpieces:
    5. 5) Start on water cooling system for copper pads, and adjust water pressure (0.2~ 0.4 MPa)
