A  Beam end facing machine is for milling end face of beam in steel structure and ship building industry. Same as plate edge milling machine, for best milling quality& efficiency, we improved machine design to better level: Different from the general used milling head of 5.5kW and welded rail in industry, we adopt milling head of 7.5kW/11kW and high-precision ball bearing linear guideway, making milling process more efficient and good quality, while maintain the same level of machine price.
At the same time, we have superior technology in design and manufacture heavy-duty end facing machine. Same as high rise building, increase in size& loading capacity for facing machine poses great challenge to machine manufacturer, and we overcome the difficulty thanks to our rich experience and advanced technology.
In 2011, we designed and made the ever largest end facing machine of DX4080 (for beam cross section size up to 4*8m) successfully for a domestic ship-building customer and had very positive feedback from them.

A Turning roll/ Positioner/ Manipulator is the most common type of welding equipment for pipe/tank/vessel/structure member. These 3 kinds of equipment can be used individually, or integrally as welding center. With years of development, these products have very mature technology and sees trend of homogenization.
On the other hand, there is no end to meet customer requirement and chase technology advancement. 1. 1. Control Welding Torch Position:

1. 1) This is Wuxi JACK machines unique configuration and advantage: Unlike manual adjustment by visual check adopted by other suppliers, in Wuxi JACK produced 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine, welding torch position can be controlled in high precision along 3 directions: Forward and backward/ Up and down/ Angular, by means of delicate design cross slides, and its high precision linear guiderail;

1. 2. Welding Wire Feeding Mechanism: From Φ2.5mm to Φ4.0mm, different sizes welding wire can be sent forward with this unit, with corresponding proper tension adjustment, promising unhindered convey of welding wire;

1. 1) Welding Velocity/ Current / Voltage are adjusted and displayed by means of control consoles of SAW / GMAW Welding Power Supply; Control consoles are installed together with machine operating panel;
2. 2) Usually, for plate thickness 10-30mm, the most common seen of I H Beam, SAW welding speed is around 500-800 mm/min., the max. 1200mm/min.; Welding current 550-750A, the max. 1000A;
3. 3) Some companies claim their welding speed to be 1700-1800mm/min. Actually, this is deceit on customers: Too high welding speed will lead to insufficient fusion of welding seam, and hence inferior welding quality;
4. 4) For 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine, there are also other process parameters: Welding wire conveying speed/ Flux consumption rate, which depends on specification of workpieces.

A Besides the 2 sets of SAW/ GMAW Welding Power Supplies, SAW/ GMAW system also include:

1. The Max. vertical milling stroke. For conventional models, the first No.2 series models are DX15xx and DX12xx, which have the max. 1500mm and 1200mm vertical milling stroke respectively;

1. There are 2 core controlling elements in the machine, 2 pieces of A.C. inverters, for managing on end face milling speed, along horizontal and vertical direction;
2. Operator should have capability on selecting and judging on proper working speed, according to specifications of workpiece, and adjusting it accordingly, by means of turning speed knob on machine operating panel.

1. Small Models Machines: The max. vertical direction Y axis end face milling stroke is from 800mm to 1000mm, the corresponding models are from DX08xx to DX10xx;
2. Large Models Machines: The max. vertical Y axis end face milling stroke is from 2000mm to 6000mm, the corresponding models are from DX20xx to DX60xx;
3. The horizontal direction X axis end face milling stroke is not as important as Y axis, which usually in the range of 1,000mm to 8,000mm, depending on vertical stroke of the model
