1) Cutting Technique Options: The traditional conventional CNC Plate Cutting Machine has two choices: Flame Oxygen fuel cutting, and compressed air Nitrogen plasma cutting;
2) Applicable for this Equipment: Considering the max. thickness of customer workpiece is only 30mm, as well as precision and smoothness of cutting kerf required, Wuxi JACK recommended plasma cutting, to be selected in this CNC-CD3009 Thermal Gas CNC Cutting and Drilling Machine;
3) Why Only Plasma Cutting in the CNC-CD3009 CNC Plasma Cutting and Drilling Machine?
a) At present, CNC control software only allows one piece of cutting torch to be installed into the CNC Drilling and Cutting Machine,
b) Because the CNC profile cutting is positioned based on coordination of drilled holes: CNC controller makes calculation on moving trace of cutting torch according to drilled holes, completed in the CNC Drilling and Cutting Machine;
c) The cutting torch should be installed with drilling head onto the same moving carriage;
