1. Interval between the 3 pieces of Angle Steels (Stiffeners) can be varied within the range of 225mm to 700mm. The lateral position of straightening units can be managed precisely;
1) The Left first Photo: Horizontal movement of the 3 pieces of straightening unit is adjusted based on horizontal position of ribs on the plate unit;
2) Such leftward and rightward movement is adjusted in the way of: Driven under A.C. motor, and detected with encoder, and displayed with real time digital meter;
3) Such horizontal movement action is controlled with PLC (Programmable logic controller), and guided with heavy duty linear guiderails;

2) Its operation is controlled with PLC, with lateral position of the straightening rams to be checked instantaneously with encoder, on each unit of the straightening head, which form up negative closed loop circuit, giving real time feedback to control center (PLC) of the machine, guaranteeing precise modulation on horizontal position of straightening units;

Can be summarized as below 3 points:
a) Quantity of Straightening Unit: In this machine, there is only one group of straightening unit, which is used for straightening the butt welding seam on the joint steel plate;
b) Structure of Straightening Unit: Also, there is only top section straightening head, which moves downward for straightening motion, but without stationary bottom straightening half, as in the case of straightening on Angle steels (Ribs on plate unit);
c) The movement direction of straightening unit on butt welding seam is also at 90° with respect to Angle steels on the stiffener plate unit, which, along the entire length of welding seam, and no need to be managed precisely;
Summing up, the manufacturing cost of this machine is obviously lower than that of the J models Angle Steel Ribbed Plate Unit Straightening Machine.
