1. HJ200 is the second largest heavy tonnage model of HJ series Longitudinal Lateral Straightening Machine, following HJ300:
1) Wuxi JACK HJ200 model machine, works on a piece of BOX Beam: (Fig.1)
2) The newly installed Wuxi JACK HJ200 model machine, at Russian customer facility: (Fig.2)
2. Function: As an important product branch of H Beam Straightening Machine, HJ200 and other models of HJ machines perform straightening on lateral deformation of long steel workpieces: H Beam/ BOX Beam / Channels/ Welding steel structure member along length direction:

1. Working Nature: This machine is in essence a kind of hydraulic drive Press Machine. So, its model is labeled on the basis of the maximum straightening force, instead of the largest thickness of workpiece;
2. Acting unit of this machine is a piece of oil cylinder drive ram, which moves in horizontal direction, pushing workpiece into plastic deformation of opposite direction against the original longitudinal deformation, thus acquiring purpose of length direction straightening:

3. Straightening Stroke Management: To precisely manage on lateral movement straightening stroke of the ram, there is a measuring ruler equipped in working unit of the machine, to precisely control on straightening condition on workpieces of BOX H Beam:

1. Straightening Style: Correspondingly, in this Length Direction Straightening Machine, straightening is carried out in the form of step by step lateral pushing along the entire length of workpiece;
2. Which means, at the completion of current segment straightening on H Beam or BOX Beam, the workpiece is pushed forward manually for next segment of straightening;
3. Workpiece Sending Forward: In this respect, although there are input and output conveyor at the front and rear sides of the machine, under majority conditions, these conveyors work in the mode of idle manual acting, instead of motor drive. Especially its output conveyor;
4. Operation on longitudinal straightening, by means of operating pendent: (Fig.6)
1) Depending on length and cross section size of workpiece, the length of each straightening segment can be adjusted in the range of 1500mm to 2000mm;
2) This means, every time straightening action in the machine can fulfill 1500mm to 2000mm length of BOX H Beam body;
3) The adjustment on this working zone length is carried out with 2 pieces of holding points, which also serve as straightening force bearing points:
4) Operating acting zone of Wuxi JACK HJ200 model machine: (Fig.7)
1) The differentiation on models is based on its max. output straightening force, from 20 ton (Model: HJ20) to 300 Ton (HJ300);
2) Other common used models include: HJ100/ HJ200/ HJ250;

1) Working Way: HJ series machine does not straighten the workpiece in continuous way, but intermittently instead --- Segment by segment along the entire length of workpiece;
2) To start the straightening operation process, press the button, conveyor will drive the workpiece forward, sending the workpiece (BOX H Beam) certain distance and then stop;
3) Then begin straightening operation on this segment of the workpiece, with the straightening principle explained as above;
4) At the completion of straightening current segment on H Beam and BOX Beam, the machine conveyor roller table works again, to drive the workpiece going forward another segment, for implementing on the next round of straightening process;

2) Point 3 is for applying force, which is a press unit driven with hydraulic system;
3) Point 1 and 2 are force bearing side, composing three points subject to force, for straightening operation together with Point 3;
4) Distance between Point 1 and 2 can be adjusted, based on size of workpiece BOX H Beam, and its longitudinal deflection condition;
5) This distance is adjusted in this way: Both Point 1 and 2 can be moved along guideway of the beam, and fixed in position with bolts; Please check below picture:
6) Straightening length adjustment block: (Fig.11)
1) Another important mechanism of the HJ series machine is Ejector one and two, which are used for pushing the workpiece away from beam at the finish of straightening;
2) Conceivably, during the length direction straightening process, the workpiece is held against the beam firmly. For the ease of transporting workpiece forward, this step is realized with a toggle switch on pendant (Check below);
3) The critical control point of straightening process is moving stroke of Point 3, or pressing head, during straightening process. To have precise management on it, there is ruler installed at the top section of this acting unit, please check below picture:

With the above description it is easy to understand usage of each button/ switch on operating pendant of the machine:
1) POWER - Indicating lamp on power on/ off of the machine;
2) ADVANCE / BACK – Toggle switch to control conveyor roller table;
3) PUMP ON – Button to start on the hydraulic oil pump work;
4) PUMP OFF - Button to shut off the oil pump;
5) ASSISTANT EXTEND / ASSISTANT RETRACT - Toggle switch to manipulate the Ejector one and two;
6) ROLLER RELEASE / ROLLER CLAMP - Toggle switch to activate forward and backward of the pressing head;
7) EMERGENCY STOP – For contingency control of the Length Direction H Beam Straightening Machine.
