1. Function: As its name of “Hydraulic” implicates, WJ models machine also carry out H Beam flange straightening operation, in orientation of H Beam “Lying down”, instead of “工” orientation “Standing up” of H Beam, as in models of HYJ motor drive and YTJ hydraulic drive machines:

2. Machine Structure: Accordingly, design of horizontal machine also exist great difference against H Beam vertical type machine:

3. Applicable Scenario: WJ models horizontal machine is suitable for straightening on relative small to small medium H Beams, with high demand on efficiency.
1) This series of machine has double straightening efficiency than HYJ and YTJ models vertical machines. The reason is, in vertical type straightening machine, there are 1 group of straightening rollers (3 pieces), which works on single side of flange, on one piece of H Beam;
2) Comparatively, in WJ models horizontal type machine, there are 2 groups of straightening rollers (6 pieces), which are installed at left and right side of straightening cavity. In this way, there are 2 pieces of H Beam, that can be straightened in one set of horizontal machine;

2. Suitable Size of H Beam: Small and medium size H Beam. Please check below specification table;
1) Because of double quantity of straightening rollers in WJ models compared with vertical type models machine;
2) Accordingly, the overall dimension of machine main frame will also need to be enlarged 40%, to accommodate on 2 groups of straightening unit;
3) Summing up, these lead to obvious rise on manufacturing cost of horizontal straightening machine than vertical type, which determines higher price;
4. Application Volume: This lead to the condition that, in practical field of H Beam production, WJ models horizontal machine see far less application than HYJ and YTJ models vertical type. Anyway, in the process of H Beam production, straightening velocity is already far quicker than assembly and SAW welding, and no need to seek room on raising productivity;
5. Standard model: Due to relative less application of WJ series machine, it has only two standard models of WJ25 and WJ40. Technical parameters of the two models see end of this product section;
1) Hydraulic Counterpart in Vertical Machine: WJ series have similar level of hydraulic station power as that of YTJ50 vertical type hydraulic drive machine;
2) Motor Drive Counterpart: WJ series have similar level of main motor reducer and conveyor motor power as those of HYJ40 model motor drive machine;
3) Straightening Speed Counterpart: WJ series have similar level of straightening speed as that of YTJ-80 model machine, but two times of production efficiency.
1. Same Task: Same as HYJ and YTJ series, WJ series machine is also used for straightening deformation of H Beam flange after Submerged Arc Welding;
1) WJ series machine also utilizes T cavity formed by the three pieces of straightening rollers, as in HYJ and YTJ models machines, to straighten the deformed flange. Here the difference is, in WJ series machine, H Beam is flipped 90° to make it "lying down":
2) Straightening Unit: Straightening rollers are same as HYJ and YTJ series machine, in terms of material/ heat treatment/ hardness and service life;
3) Straightening Power Source: Same as YTJ series, WJ series horizontal position straightening machine is also hydraulic drive, for straightening stroke acting on the H Beam flange. This promises heavy and sufficient working force;
1) H Beam Orientation: Horizontal versus vertical;
2) Working Unit: Two pieces of T cavities mechanism to be arranged at both sides of H Beam flanges;
3) Productivity: As explained previously, with the similar straightening speed of 6000mm/min., the WJ series horizontal machine can straighten two flanges of H Beam simultaneously, doubling productivity of straightening process compared with HYJ and YTJ series;
4) Workpiece Size Applicable: The WJ models machine is for straightening H Beam of small and medium size, not the large and heavy duty ones, that can be straightened with YTJ-60/80 heavy duty ones;
5) Structure: There are two pairs of straightening rollers (Three pieces of straightening roller in each pair) equipped with one set of WJ25 or WJ40 models machine; And correspondingly two sets of related drive and transmission units;
6) Commercial Offer: One set of WJ25 is about 60% higher than that of YTJ40;
7) Application Proportion: WJ series horizontal structure straightening machine takes minority (About 10%) of application after SAW welding.
