1. Applicable Workpiece: HJ300 is the largest model of HJ series Metal Steel Structure Longitudinal Straightening Machine, for straightening on long structural steel components, typically include: H Beam/ I Beam/ BOX Beam/ steel structural members and other types of Section Steel, along workpiece length direction:

2. HJ300 Capability: With the biggest output straightening force tonnage of 300 ton, the expected largest thickness of H Beam flange, which can be available for being straightened in HJ300 model is up to 40 mm:

1) Different from another more widely applied steel straightening machine: H Beam Flange Straightening Machine, which gives the max. straightening capacity of each model intuitively in the way of equipment nomination, so that customer can have a quick decision on which model is the most fitting,
2) Here in this niche product of machine for workpiece length direction straightening, the model is nominated on the basis of the Max. delivering straightening force, instead of the Max. thickness available for straightening. So, when customer select proper model, a consideration need to be made to determine the best choice on proper model;
3) The reason behind such way of machine model is, this HJ series machine is in essence a kind of BOX H Beam Straightening Horizontal Press, not the conventional way of sole purpose straightening machine. This also explains why, this machine can be used on more than one kind of workpiece, which greatly expands its horizon of application field;

From the above list of specifications, we can have general conclusion that:
1) HJ300 and HJ200 models are for straightening on middle size thickness metal structure workpiece;
2) HJ100 and HJ20 models are for straightening on small size thickness workpiece;
3) For larger size steel structure workpieces, usually deformation along its longitudinal direction is not so obvious, which is not necessary for longitudinal straightening;
4) Besides H Beam, this machine can also be used for straighten on other types of section steels and structural members, so long as its cross section has regular square outline.

1. Conveyor motor power of the HJ300: 1.5 kW *2;
1) Cylinder diameter is 400mm;

3) Stroke of the oil cylinder for lateral straightening is 800mm;
1) Driving motor of the hydraulic system is 22 kW;
2) Rated work pressure of the hydraulic system is 25 MPa;

Among the above listed technical data, the variable parameter is power of hydraulic driving motor. For the other models of Wuxi JACK HJ series machine, hydraulic driving motor of each HJ model can be listed as below:
1) HJ200: 11 kW;
2) HJ100: 7.5 kW;
3) HJ20: 3 kW.

2) Different Machines for Different Straightening Purpose:
a) The HJ series machine does not have function, which can overlap with HYJ and YTJ series H Beam Straightening Machine, as mentioned previously;
b) The HYJ and YTJ models machines are used for straightening on H Beam flange deformation caused from SAW submerged arc welding:

3) In practical application,
a) If a piece of just finished SAW welding H Beam has deformation on both its flange and along its lengthwise direction,
b) This H Beam could not to be finished straightening on the two types of deformation, with either one type of straightening equipment;
c) Under such conditions, both the HYJ /YTJ flange straightening machines, and HJ series Longitudinal Straightening Machine should be used;
d) The sequence should be, first longitudinal straightening, then flange straightening.
