1. Milling head is “Soul” in any set of steel Beam End Face Milling Machine: Its power/ function/ consumables determine on overall performance;
2. Installation: Milling head is installed onto upright column, through motor drive moving carriage;
The moving carriage moves up and down along the upright column; Meanwhile, the upright column moves along the mechanical horizontal base bed in adjustable working speed, completing on two dimensional milling job on end face of workpieces.
1) Max. vertical end face milling range is from 800mm to 2000mm (Excluding), the corresponding models from DX08xx to DX20xx (Excluding);
2) Application History: Conventional models are the earliest developed models, and always the most widely application;
3) The two most often selected model series are DX15xx and DX12xx, typically DX1215/ DX1520 / DX1530;
4) Typical light duty models are DX0820/ DX1010/ DX1015;
1) Operator stand on the workshop ground directly, instead of on operating platform. Which means, operating platform is fixed onto the bottom position of upright column, instead of in the form of motor drive elevation operating platform;
